HAPPY TO GRAB YOUR MONEY BUT NOT REFUND WHEN IT GOES WRONG

Placed my first order with them beginning of November and all was fine. Placed a subsequent larger order on the 26th November and it just went wrong from there… twice it was rejected at customs and I had to constantly chase for any help.. none was offered freely. Constantly being brushed off with comments about having to wait to find out why it was rejected (the first order went through fine 🤷🏼‍♀️) after 2 weeks of chasing they said I could cancel and have a refund, which I emailed and asked for on the 9th December, to which they replied that they had sent the parcel instead. 10th December I had a request from DPD to pay £57 in customs fees which I paid immediately (I was hopeful at this point) and that was the last of it. Since the 10th nothing has happened with the parcel.. I’ve spoken with DPD numerous times and they have all confirmed that it never left the Netherlands. Having emailed RIJS numerous times I am continually being brushed off with oh we’re waiting for DPD. I spoke with DPD again yesterday whom confirmed yet again that the Parcel NEVER left the Netherlands and is classed as lost. RIJS are not accepting this and are not willing to refund me anything until DPD get back to them! I’ve been chasing this for over 10 days!! And if they just cancelled and refunded me on the 9th as per my email request, I now wouldn’t be nearly £300 out of pocket right before Christmas.

I would not recommend dealing with this company if you want swift and helpful Customer service.

Just another company that cares more about getting your money and not helping when there is a problem.

How unfortunate that you have experienced so many problems with your order. Needless to say, we try to help you the best we can, but sometimes things can go wrong. Inflexible customer service

My first order was fine. International shipping started within 2 days.
For the second, 2 days have already passed, I asked when my package would be sent, they said the processing time is 10 days. I asked them to help me start in this week, because the delivery time is an plus 5 working days. That's more than 2 weeks in total... They say that there are 500 orders in front of me in the line. It was not written anywhere that, before I would have paid the money. I have deadlines, I am a fashion designer, And I asked them to help me again, they said no. It is so sad... I hope, that I will not loose my customers.
