Twee keer dezelfde stof besteld totaal andere kleur ontvangen.
Twee keer dezelfde stof besteld, met een 6 maanden verschil er tussen. Tweede keer een totaal andere kleur ontvangen onder dezelfde naam. Vervolgens schuilen ze zich onder de algemenevoorwaarde dat kleurafwijking voor kan komen. Geen tegemoedkoming, niets terwijl op mijn fotos duidelijk zichtbaar is dat je dit niet eens dezelfde kleur kan noemen. Belachelijk van zo’n groter organisatie om de kleine particuliere klant zo te behandelen.

Allereerst onze excuses voor het ongemak dat je hebt ervaren. We begrijpen hoe belangrijk consistentie in kleur voor je is, vooral als je dezelfde stof op verschillende tijdstippen bestelt.
Om enkele zaken te verduidelijken: er zat een verschil van 9 (nov 2022 en aug 2023) maanden tussen beide bestellingen. Stoffen kunnen inderdaad kleurvariaties vertonen tussen verschillende productieruns. Dit is niet alleen te wijten aan lichte verschillen in het kleurproces, maar ook aan externe factoren zoals de hoeveelheid licht, vocht en andere omgevingsfactoren die invloed kunnen hebben op het kleuringsproces. Het is praktisch onmogelijk om tussen batches exact dezelfde kleur te behouden.
We streven altijd naar de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen en proberen de kleuren zo consistent mogelijk te houden, maar enige variatie is in de textielindustrie onvermijdelijk. We waarderen je feedback en nemen deze mee om onze service en producten te verbeteren. We hopen dat je ons in de toekomst een nieuwe kans geeft.

Horrible Shipping, I never receive the product
The shipping service was horrible this last month, I never received the package, so I lost a lot of money due to losing a job because of the deadline.
I had been calling every day to Rijstextiles to try to fix the problem, but despite the fact that Rijstextiles service was calling DPD and trying to fix the problem, they couldn't do so.
In the end, my package never arrived and was returned to the sender, which resulted in a lot of money lost because of losing a project. This happened twice in a row.
Rijtextiles gave me the money back once they received my package again in their store.
I was very happy with the company. Is easy to buy on their website, the client service is easy to reach by phone, and usually, it works very well, but I can't normally order here since this happens every time now.
It is unfortunate and frustrating. DPD is not making their job, and both me and Rijstextiles are paying the consequences.
