I ordered something over a month ago and stil have not recieved it, or have many updates for thirteen days.

Paid.£44.95 for locket & 4 charms, never arrived on time. Today I get 2 minute charms no necklace missing 2 charms. Luckily I paid thru Klarna. I've emailed them 3 times & no response, this company needs shutting down they are scammers

Received the wrong item. Contacted them and they said they would send the correct one out. They haven't and now not answering my emails.

Didn't look nice didnt open package sent it back no response from emails even though I sent pictures of postal receipt and at the post office no way of speaking to a human so paying for something iv not got wouldnt recommend to anyone and if you were me avoid the company and there productsn

Stay well away from buying anything from here, item arrived damaged, took ages to reply to e-mail regarding this, VERY poor customer service, asked for refund when eventually replied to me, would not do this but said would send a replacement still waiting on this !! Asked again for a refund still nothing still no replies and this has gone on for over 6 weeks. Stay clear !!!!!!

Bought 3 items and they stuffed them all into 1 box after I paid extra for luxury boxes. Offered me a gift card but to redeem i had to spend more money with them. worst company ever, products are cheap, packaging is awful, customer service is shocking AVOID AVOID AVOID looks like Temu products hiding behind a fake brand AWFUL

Please do not waste your money on this site. Came late and offered me £5 credit. There is no chance I will be spending anymore with this company. I know it’s not the real McCoy but to arrive in plastic bags with barcode and not even a pouch or box. Was buying for birthday gift. Would not insult the person I bought them for.

Very poor quality, bought earrings and it coloured my ears greenish/grey colour. Customer service is not responding. Selling cheap Aliexpress stuff which is worth a few pence but not £20!!!!

I have been blocked on their selling platforms their 1st response at 16.37pm yesterday after seeing several post by me warning people about this shocking company..*Hi dear what can i do for you?* no response since I sent them photo's of the incorrect ring set..wonder where this company is really based..Hi dear 🤔 doesn't sound to me it's uk grammar!?

Placed the order for an interlocking ring set in silver on the 26th September supposed to be 7 day delivery it arrived on the 9th of October however, the set doesn't interlock two different colours 1 silver 1 gold it's of no use whatsoever I've tried to reach out to them over 8 times and my payment method company too.. no response. Stay well clear they on a lot of selling platforms I'm reporting them to trading standards pity I can't upload a photo.

If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered 3 ring sets , 1, rose gold, 2, silver and 1, yellow gold, but received 2 yellow gold, 1, half set of yellow gold, 1, half set rose gold and 1, half set of silver, and I use the words “gold and silver” very loosely, the quality is extremely poor , I have sent 4 emails and pictures which they have not replied to so I have had to go through PayPal to get my money back which I did

Wrong order sent. Ordered silver rings that intertwined. Sent one silver one gold. Rings not as described. Poor quality. Sent numerous emails. Had one reply to send a picture of rings. Did this. No reply and no correct rings sent. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Do not buy from this company. I wanted a refund, they are not doing it and they never reply to emails. BE WARNED.

Jewellery is fake and not as advertised. Some items were missing and what was delivered is definately not worth the money paid.

Jewellery is very poor quality not as described on website. I ordered some earings to wear at my daughters wedding. They arrived damaged contacted customer service several times. They DID NOT reply. Do not buy from this company, I think all their positive reviews are fake. Total waste of money buying from them.

Product doesn't match the description. Shipping took way too long-two weeks. Arrived after event purchased for. Have sent multiple emails with no response. Online chat does not provide assistance. Save your money. Terrible customer service and product.

This company is a joke placed an order 2 weeks ago and despite numerous emails I hear nothing back regarding when I will receive my parcel and when I try there online help desk chat it doesn’t t recognise the order number. I have been in contact my bank to raise a grievance to get my money back! Honestly do not order from them no customer care what’s so ever 0 stars

Nothing like the pictures and do not sit on your ears correctly. Worst pair of earrings I’ve ever bought and it’s shocking that they cost £18.00 considering the quality and cheap packaging. Will be requesting a refund …. Failed to get an email response for a refund!!!!!! AVOID
