I ordered leather shoes and was sent the wrong size. The company refused to give me a refund if I returned item. Instead, they said I could give away the item and use credit for something else. I order something else and paid a $28 difference. I never received that item at all. The company never returned any phone calls or responded to any emails requesting an update for delivery. Do not order from this company! Terrible customer service and product.

Has a problem in my Order (Problem totally my own fault)…Nevertheless; the support group @ Riley River still worked with me for a flawless order recovery! The shoes I purchased from them were so much more fabulous in-person than they were in the pictures that I immediately ordered another pair in another color.

Riley River truly went above & beyond to help me, which speaks volumes to what Customer Service really should be. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase(s) or the Professionalism of the Company……Oh, and “Yes”, I will be shopping again with them - They seem to have some of the most unique shoes for men!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.... I have been trying to return a pair of $100 shoes for over a month now. They arrived very quickly.....LOOK beautiful, but are not a good leather. But they are at least a whole size too small, although I ordered my standard size. I have emailed and phoned customer service repeatedly, leaving several messages without any return communication. They have a 30day return policy and I am sure my efforts are in vain.

BE AWARE!! My husband has placed and received an order for 2 pairs of men’s shoes and 2 men’s shirts. (Husband placed an order for a Large shirt and an X-Large shirt. Both shirts are way too small.) The shoes look like a plastic leather shoe, not the genuine leather as portrayed to be). When we tried to return the entire order the following day, they wanted us to mail the package back to Turkey (the county). Mind you we are in the United States. My husband was quoted over $400.00 from several different mailing companies. (UPS, Fed Ex). They offered for us to exchange the items for $29.00- otherwise we have to pay the fee to mail back to Turkey. I do not see this policy written on the website and would like others to be aware!! I am also having trouble locating this company on Facebook.

The shoes for my husband and my boots arrived packaged together although my husband's didn't come in any nice wrapping, just a plastic bag. Both seem to fit well although not real leather. I like them a lot, just not sure if the price is worth it.

Super easy to order. The company kept me well informed during the delivery process. The shoes arrived, fit perfectly and are lovely! I have already worn them with pants and a dress - so darn cute! They will be my "go to shoes" this Spring & Summer.

My order came quickly and I was very happy with my order. The shoes are true to size, color was as seen on site and I can't wait to wear them.

A faster delivery would have been better. But I'm very happy about the shoes which look really nice, just as advertised. I would buy again from this merchant.

They are advertising shoe sizes that do not match actuals OR sending wrong sizes and telling you that it is your responsibility to ship back to another country. As a consumer, this is very expensive, nothing less than $40-$50. Customer service is horrible and even if they send you the wrong product, still your dime to return ship.
