For the past several years I’ve ordered most of my tea and teaware from Rishi. There are many online retailers for tea and tea-related supplies, and I’ve found a few other good sources but also several that were disappointing. I return to Rishi because I trust their curation process to steer me to quality teas and related items. I’ve told several others about Rishi and they also have had good experiences.
I was never a tea drinker, in fact I was a 30 year coffee drinking firefighter. After ordering Rishi Tea for my wife I thought I would try a cup in the afternoon with her. I was absolutely blown away to how much I enjoy the Rishi tea and its multiple flavor options. I never thought it possible but they have converted me into a tea drinker, and I love it. Congratulations on producing a great product!
I had a shipment of my favourite RISHI tea—Valerian Dream—get messed up in the shipping. RISHI responded beautifully and thoughtfully, getting my order to me without any further hassle. They are the best. One of the nicest customer service experiences in a long while!!

Truly the most amazing teas out there. I tried Rishi's English Breakfast at a cafe I go to and cannot imagine drinking anything other than Rishi from now on. It's so much more flavorful, smooth and fragrant. So happy they sell it online. Their Rose Melange is also fabulous.

I went to Rishi tea & botanical to order ONE tea product. An ad for a $40 tea collection with glass mug popped up. I was not interested. But when I went to the cart there it was, with the one tea I ordered. I could not remove it from the cart and it went through and charged my card without giving me a chance to amend the order. I tried replying to the order confirmation and it would not go through. I figured I'd just return the unwanted $40 item. But no. They said they take NOTHING BACK, even if unopened. I'm disgusted. I would have left 0 stars if possible!

It's kind of expensive but worth every penny. Their ruby oolong is one of my favorite teas and I don't know where else to find it. Their guava herbal tea was also phenomenal.
You can find better prices for some of the more common teas and matchas for similar quality, but a lot of their teas are unique to them.
