No replacement heads available to purchase for the last several weeks. Emailed customer service to know when they would be back in stock but no reply weeks later. Disappointing as I think the brush is excellent.

I cannot get replacement heads for my toothbrush. Has anyone else this issue?

The brush head was too big and ended up infecting my gums and causing mouth ulcers, disappointed it didn’t work well for me.

I purchased the toothbrush on the advise of my Dental hygienist in April 2023 and it completely lived up to the expectations that she had told me it’s an amazing toothbrush but now August 24 .. it is not charging .. ( I will admit in my case the 90 day charge never worked however it want an issue ) but I have sent 3 emails to the company as I believe the life expectancy of electric tooth brushes is 3-5 years I’ve already purchased replacement heads early in 2024 the last e mail was sent on the 15th August I cannot get a reply from the company .. the only course of communication appears to be e mail…. So now I’m gone back to my original electric tooth brush ( it’s not rissus ) I’m really disappointed with Risus customer care .. on the website it has 24/7 .. certainly in my case that is not true .. ..

Also a very good service from the Royal Mail in handling the delivery.

I had to chase 2 times via email to find out where my package was.
It took 3 weeks for the toothbrush heads to arrive. The company said it was a computer error.
I asked for the £5 delivery free to be refunded, as it was so late. I heard nothing back.
Not impressed with the service at all.

Great toothbrush, best I’ve ever bought, but unfortunately I have ordered new replacement heads and not received them. I have emailed twice but not received a reply. I wonder whether the company is still in existence.
Update: was informed that the company had issues with emails. Now received brush heads.
