They said it needed a new clutch, waited a week for them to fit it, still couldn’t get it in gear then took another week for them to fit a master cylinder, that was Monday 2nd September, Tuesday still won’t go into gear. Have requested our money back, they diagnosed wrong fitting something that wasn’t necessary at a cost of over £1000, then fitted another part that still hasn’t solved the problem. I don’t think we stand a chance. I would not recommend this company

Shane came round to fix Audi a1 oil leak from sump he wold be up for a gold in the Olympics what a fantastic man and Rich sorted this out phoned a 3 and was at my door by 5 everyone needs to use this service amazing clean professional service defo will call again a real star company 🌟🌟🌟

Very pleased with the service I received, had new front brake pads fitted, they arrived on time and got straight on with the job, definitely no complaints from myself and I will pass on their details to friends and family.

Back to being a happy bunny again. With an aging Pug 207 I thought I'd have a go at replacing the cambelt. Long story short, the timing of crank and cam went out slightly. Rather than messing it up more, I made the call to these guys. Two days later, attended, repaired and sorted it out all with a couple of hours or so. I had all the parts so it was just reassembly and reassurance. First turn of the key: SHE LIVES!! Very happy.

Alex arrived on time and was very friendly and polite. He changed my front brake disks and pads in just over an hour outside my front door. Really reasonable price for the work too. Would definitely use Ritchie Wrighting Auto Works again and recommend to anyone else. Thanks

Friendly genuine and just a throughly nice guy , unlike most his intention was to help , solve and fix the issue from the get go

Most ppl have bad experiences with mechanics, but Ritchie is one of the few genuine good guys.

If in doubt about any mechanics call Richie out , it’s sad trained mechanics (after lots of probing) can’t identify fuse problems after 7 days being stranded in a village relying on 14£ a time taxi or 2 hour bus service Ritchie sorted it out along with some other bits.

During a time of need we contacted Marc and he came out and fixed our Motorhome which was not starting. We had previously had a mechanic out who couldn't fix this problem and we had nearly given up hope, yet Marc fixed it and had us out on the road and on our holiday.

He was quick, reliable and a really nice guy.

We will now only use Auto Works in future ! And shall recommend them to everyone we know.

I had a wheel bearing problem with my van, Alex came out and repaired it, absolute professional job from start to finish I will be recommending to all my family and friends and I will be definitely calling these again for my van repairs.

Absolutely brilliant, i was told my repair would take 4/5 weeks.
But marc sorted me out in less than a week, fantastic job well done..

After several attempts by other mechanics to fix a rumbling noise in my car, Marc quickly found out what the problem was and fixed it. Even when another fault was found, Marc quickly and efficiently fixed that too.
Throughout the whole process he was pleasant and polite and kept me fully informed as to what he was doing and giving me the cost of the repairs up front. Will certainly ask Marc again to do any other repairs.
