Second purchase gone well too
Gotta say, their service has been awesome. No regrets with my choices. i bought a bed for us and the bed is a tooper and has stayed in great ccondition over the years, and last week bought another one for my childrens and its delivered safely and is working fine.

Very poor service company. Also trades as Weilai Concept. Shocking delivery - really don't care, and then when you challenge them they threaten - we'll charge you delivery charges when you have cancelled your order, despite having not even charged delivery in the firtst place (bear in mind 4 weeks from placiong the order I had not even seen the goods, hence cacelling order).
Steer clear of them if you want honest reiable product for your money?!
Is it a business model based on non delivery and withholding payments, pehaps?
What an interesting outlook this company has to customer service and consumer law. We ordered a TV stand for which the website said “order in next few hours and get delivered in 2 days time”. After ordering we find out the delivery is 10 to 12 weeks.
Then they contacted us to say the item we had chosen had been “upgraded” – aah that sounds good? Except they’d just changed the dimensions of the item which meant it was no longer suitable for us. We explained it now wouldn’t fit and as they could not supply what we originally ordered and paid for, we wanted our payment refunded, as they were effectively revoking the order. After some pushing and shoving they said they would refund our payment “soon”. After 2 weeks we got fed up of waiting for “soon” to happen. Trying many avenues to get to speak with someone, what we got was a Whattsapp bot saying “Sure”. After threatening legal action, we did get an email to say they were processing the refund -“soon”. After more foot-stomping we got a refund – but only 90% as they withheld 10% - “as is their policy”. I explained my policy is not to just hand £86 to incompetent suppliers or to accept unsuitable substitutes. I explained my rights under Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Credit Act 1974, but they don’t seem to be aware of or care much for consumer law. So, I’ll be starting with a chargeback and if necessary will continue to the small claims process, as I doubt this outfit would bide by any mediation service. If you’re thinking of buying from them just look through the reviews and see how many people have had payments withheld. Could they just be in business to withhold 10% from every customer and never deliver? Happy ordering!
Poor quality goods.
Poor quality goods. Damaged and thrown together. Took weeks to get a refund and was charged for cancelling an item. Not worth the money. Would never purchase anything again and wouldn’t recommend.
Terrible quality
I have been trying to leave a review on their website under the product that I purchased but it looks like the company is deleting my posts, so will do it here.
Ordered a pair of Silva bedside tables. Delivery was 8-10 weeks, I knew that. But turned out to be almost twice as long. The boxes came straight from China judging by the labels. Alright, I could live with that (although at £240 a pop I would expect something that was at least repackaged in the UK 😂).
The quality is bad. What looks like a marbled surface in the image, in reality is a blob of dirty grey which looks like a stain. As if someone spilled something and couldn’t wash it off.
Handles are unsafe. Smooth on one side, sharp edges on the other. Whenever you open the drawer you inevitably catch that edge. My hands were scratched from a couple of uses.
You need to attach legs yourself - no problem - but there are no pre-drilled holes. You have to drill them yourself! Fine when you have a toolbox, but what if someone doesn’t?

I first ordered a dining table and coffee table via Ritconcept, mainly as it had delivery within a few days. Shortly afterwards I received an email saying it would in fact be 3-4 weeks- I asked for a refund.
I was not in too much of a hurry so decided to order to coffee table again. Their website still say delivery in a few days. But again, it would be 2-3 weeks this time. They clearly advertise quick delivery as bait.
Anyway I was not in a rush so agreed to wait. That was 4 weeks ago and all they say in response is it is with the courier.
Awful company, avoid.

As per many others experience, ordered an item which was “in stock, delivery 1 week”. Within a few days received an email instructing it would be more like 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, followed up to be told it was another 3-4 weeks still. I wasn’t able to accept this as was going on vacation and no longer wished to receive anyway by this point as felt like I’d been taken advantage of.
Requested a cancellation to which I was then told I needed to pay 10% cancellation fee. Tbh, the cancellation charge is reasonable and is stated in their T&C’s but I suspect that overall this company relies on cancellation charges as a revenue stream given that they don’t seem to be keen on displaying accurate information regarding item availability on their website and I’m not even sure they had even shipped the item.
For the few people which seem to have received their orders, the item seems to be of poor quality OR the review is fake. Many reviews are worded in a very ChatGPT way by folks who’ve only ever left 1 review…. Suspicious.
Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere, this company does not have a good practices.
Excellant customer service
I ordered a dressing table from Rit Concept which arrived as per the advised delievry lead times. Unfortunately there was an issue with delivery, it arrived incomplete with missing set of drawers and assembly screws. Contacting customer services over Whatsapp and email was easy, they were very responsive. Emily in particular was very helpful and sorted out my delivery of the remainder items quickly. She also helped me assmebly of the dressing table with clear instructions and photos. Thanks.

Terrible experience - ordered the Glenn Single/Two Seater Sofa Bed - 120cm.
Given you pay a premium price for the sofa, you expect a premium product.
I had to wait 2+ months (which I agreed to) - reason for this is because it's made to order in China.
Having waited that much time and paid so much money, the quality was shocking really. It looked cheap, the mattress extremely hard.
After a painful back and forth of 2 months (59 emails), I managed to get them to collect the item and refund me, but I have to say I was very nervous along the way.
Do yourself a favour and don't order from them, I doubt that any other of their products would be of higher quality.
Given that I got a fair resolution in the end I wouldve refrained from such a negative review, but the incredibly slow and painful customer experience made me want to warn others.

Neither their stock system nor their delivery company works well. Ordered the table, first they contacted with the out-of-stock information requested me to change the colour. After their delivery company, Proovia Delivery, keep delaying the delivery with a reason, like they couldn't fit the table to their van ..etc. This is not acceptable, first ordered on 02.10.2023 and now 21.10.2023 and still no delivery/. Product suppose to be their in-stok item but never recommend anyone to order furniture from this website.
Awful experience
Awful experience - avoid at all costs. I ordered some outdoor furniture months ago and emailed them to ask questions about the product and request additional photos which they were unable to send. I wasn't confident that the images were a true reflection of the product but they assured me that the items were returnable if I didn't like them when they arrived.
Several months later the items arrived and I instantly decided to return them as they looked nothing like the images. The fabric looked cheap (very shiny), the quality of the stitching and zips on the cushions was very poor and the wood of the table was a different colour than expected. The quality didn't match the price tag of over £2,000 at all. I also ordered an additional cover set which arrived in the wrong colour.
I immediately emailed them that day to say I'd like to return the items. That was 4th Sept and 11 days later they are still refusing to confirm how to return the items. Every time I say I want to return the items for a full refund, they ignore my request and offer me a small discount to keep the items. I have now told them EIGHT times via email and Whatsapp that I don't want the items and they just keep ignoring me. Their terms state items need to be returned within 14 days so I'm now wondering if they're going to try to argue I haven't returned them in time. It's been absolutely infuriating dealing with them and it's still not resolved - I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere and avoid this company.
