Underhand tactics
I cancelled this subscription as I didnt it think it was worth the money and I still had a payment taken from account. Good luck trying to find contact info or actually getting in touch with anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The software is honestly improve my SEO 10-fold I don't know all those guys down there what they're talking about but they're idiots because it's definitely worth your money all sudden and since I've been using it I'm on I boosted up to the the first page of Google in my area with multiple multiple keywords that I didn't rank for.

Need major improvements, to the comparisons pages with rivals. a complete mismash of side by side comparison. not worth the money even at the lower price range. had the side by side been acurate I would jumped on the purchase

Hi Emmanuel. I'm sorry that you are having a bad experience right off the bat. I understand that after you cancel, the "cancel subscription" button in the UI did not update, and it looks like your cancellation did not go through. That's a bug on our end that we are working to fix. The cancel button works, but it is not clear to customers. I certainly understand how that's unsettling.
As for the payment details, RivalFlow is part of SpyFu, and most of the first users are SpyFu customers. We use a billing system that identifies your SpyFu user information so that we can offer pricing packages and upgrades, but everything else is private to you.
I can understand your frustrations. I hope that this explanation helps to alleviate some of your concern. We want to do right by everyone we do business with.
