I have called several times regarding an order I placed and no call back nor have they reached out to me.
After 7 days you would expect some sort of confirmation and a follow up call. Instead I have received several marketing emails, Spam.

I purchased a diet product online, received multiple updates by email and the follow-up phone call as it was described when I made the purchase. I very much appreciated knowing the process up front and the follow through. Well done!

I started my HCG diet with Vitamin B12 (Vit. B12 was already mixed in the HCG powder) received the needles, alcohol swabs, Bacteriostatic water, clear instruction were sent to me for mixing. If you’re not sure how to mix watch a youtube video. However, make sure you’re using the instructed amount of Bacteriostatic water. I bought the 25 day HCG diet, using only 5ml of Bacteriostatic water.
I was very skeptical about getting fake HCG when ordering from a company I’d never heard of. I am happy to report, Riverfront is a reputable company. I had done the HCG diet 3 years ago, through my doctor who highly advised me not to order off the internet because I’d get fake HCG. My doctors prices have gone up 4 fold, no way am I paying that. Needless to say I am glad I did my research and happy I bought with Riverfront. I started my diet December 26th, two days loading. I am a very small boned 5’8”, weighing in at 138lbs, in 11 days I am at 130lbs. (2” off chest, 3” off waist, 2”off hips, .05” off tops of legs, .05” arms, and .05” off tops of knees) 8 lbs in 9 days (not counting the 2 days loading). Riverfront’s diet is more successful than my doctors diet. Riverfront allows you 800 calories a day vs. my doctor’s HCG diet of 500. 9 days of sticking to this 800 calorie diet is much easier to stick too. I did plateau for 3 days then, 2 lbs loss this morning. I have 5 more lbs to go then moving to phase #3. I feel more confident that I can do phase 3 as I am not starving, like I was before without the results I’ve seen with Riverfront HCG diet. Using the coconut oil has really helped me feel satisfied. Mix it with your eggs. Today I mixed the coconut oil in with my salad, with "Walden no calories Honey Dijon dressing", 3,5oz turkey burger. Exceptional.. Also for my night time dinner I either use 3.5 oz chicken, turkey, tuna, or beef mix with salad and "Walden no calories Honey Dijon dressing". Now don’t judge me here. I put the whole salad in the microwave for 2 minutes. It’s so satisfying for a hot dinner. Try it. I am happy to say; I am glad I trusted Riverfront, the people are exceptional to work with, prompt replies, no standard canned reply's. Riverfront is a great company, I will highly recommend them to my friends

Top rated place to work with all around. Fast courteous service. Excellent communication on site, in emails, and also on the phone. Only reason why it wasn’t a five star review is that they do not send you a printed copy of instructions. It’s all downloadable in pdf form. While that would be nice in addition to, it doesn’t really replace a printed copy of instructions. In my case, it was an over 20 page booklet, and that’s not convenient to print out or reference when trying to follow instructions or when trying to keep track of my progress daily. I’d pay an extra dollar or whatever to get a printed booklet. But I wasn’t even offered the option. It seems minor but it was impactful each day that I’m using the product and don’t have the printed booklet.

Did not have results as before with muscle mass help ... but still great product...

Enrollment was quick and easy, the nurse was very helpful answering all my questions. My prescription was delivered a few days later and I am already shedding those extra pounds!
