Extremely Disappointing – Order Never Arrived
I placed an order and never received it. Every attempt to contact this company has failed—the phone number is disconnected, and the email address appears invalid. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about legitimacy.
I will be disputing the charge through my bank. I expected Apple Pay to add credibility, but clearly, that was not the case. Consumers deserve transparency and reliability, and this experience was neither. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!

This website is a scam. I ordered shoes, they came 3 weeks later, they were fake copied shoes. The size was wrong and they were plastic and cheap. I emailed their support 2 days after receiving them to return them for a refund. They told me I could not return them. I contacted my credit card company and got my money back. SHADY COMPANY SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS

I ordered a $40 sweatshirt from this company. The one that they sent me barely resembled the picture on their website. I sent them pictures and showed the difference and they said because there was nothing wrong with the sweatshirt. They would not allow me to return it for a refund. The pictures on their website can only be proclaimed as fraud!

Disgusting company.

Extremely poor quality, made in and sent from China. Counterfeit Under Armour products sold.
Shipping from China takes weeks and price is horrendous considering the low quality of the item sold.

I purchased 4 tee shirts for an event. The shirts were promised within 2 weeks. It took over a month to get to me! I no longer was able to use them since the event SINCE had passed! I emailed them 4 times to get a return authorization. They requested photos of the items, which I emailed to them three times! All I got was a robo answer saying to send more photos of the items including packaging. WHICH I DID NUMEROUS TIMES!!
I tried to call them at the number posted on their contact info. But that number is DISCONNECTED!!! I am now disputing charges. This is a scam of a company!

Have I been scammed? My order never arrived. All Rivonaprint did was send me emails saying that it did arrive and that it is my responsibility to contact their shipping company ACI Logistics. I contacted the shipper and never got a response, told Rivonaprint and they told me to contact their shipping company.
