I don't understand this rizk sports betting I join them about a week ago i sent them a copy of my passport and letter proving my address i lost a bif of money at start now I started wining things started to change now they want to know how much i earn and they want me to sent them proof of my earnings am not sending them .I now have been blocked

The worst casino ever

The worst casino ever. Everything was going on well when I joined in December. Then they started asking for proof of address and I'd which I gave them. A few days later I couldn't play again because they wanted my bank statement which I gave them. Then they asked for my work payslip, which I did give them as well. They blocked me from playing again and were asking for my work contract which I gave them. 1 day after being allowed to play I found myself blocked from logging into my account. There is no live chat on their website, no phone number to call customer support, just an email which they'll take days to reply.
Once you start winning, they start asking for a lot of stuff, even if you give them all they ask for, they'll still block your account.

Finde das Casino sehr gut. Verifizierung war nach nichtmal 10 min erfolgreich. 50 Euro eingezahlt - wild elements und 1800 gewonnen. Das Geld war nach nicht mal 5 min auf meinem Konto. Also die sind in allem blitzschnell. Ein Stern Abzug da Kundenservice nie zu erreichen ist irgendwie. Das wirkte auf mich merkwürdig.

Sad that I have to give this site any stars at all.

After verifying all of my account info and it getting approved I could finally deposit onto this casino. Great game selection, however, DO NOT ACCEPT the bonus money, and be weary if you win. I could not withdraw my winnings onto the same card which I had deposited on, which I have never had the issue on any other site. So I chose to use the bank transfer method to which it said approved. I waited about 10 business days and still no money in my account, so I went to the live chat of RIZK and the lady said that they had to VERIFY MORE, which ok, I supplied that too. Then after another week of waiting, I emailed again and was told that the money was deposited onto the original card that I deposited with.. makes sense right?? I checked the card even though when I tried to take the money off it declined the withdraw, to which I found that there was no winnings added to that card. I then had to send bank statements to RIZK showing that I did not receive the winnings that they said that I had. THEN they put the money back in my RIZK account and I had to withdraw again using the bank transfer method that I had used before and it had said approved. I then had to submit more bank documents including URLS and account number screenshots and finally they say it is resolved.

Overall absolute dumpster fire of a casino. I have played many other casinos and had no problems taking my winnings. This casino will take your money with open arms but give you hell to give winnings. I have had two encounters with this casino where I have not got my money, and I guarantee after this time IF I get the winnings, I will NEVER play this casino again. I highly recommend finding one of the other great online casinos that is hassle free.

Would give zero stars if I could.

Absolutely disgusting site I have never come across anything like it. Opened my account and sent proof of address, bank and ID. Deposited a small amount and won so withdrew the funds. I set my own deposit limits on the account to what I could afford to receive and email 2 days later saying they have out their own limits on my account and to provide them with bank statements/ proof of earnings and they have blocked my account. I have refused to send my earnings as there is no reason for a casino to receive bank statements for anything other than identification and it is extreamly intrusive to be asking for proof of how much you earn each month. I have never been asked by any online casino to do this before and you don’t walk into a casino to be asked for bank statements before you play. Unless you want your entire life sent to this casino I would suggest playing elsewhere before depositing and losing funds.

Rizk casino a word of warning

Just a word of warning my first month at rizk was a pleasant experience the withdrawals were fast an they have a good selection of games but 2 weeks ago they started asking for proof of wealth so I complied at first they asked for basic stuff I.e driving licence, utility bill then after a 3 day wait with the account froze they asked for payslips which I then proceeded to provide then fast forward another 3 days they got back to me ohh and my account was still froze at this point with funds still in my account then they asked for a bank statement which I happily provided it then took 6 days for them to reply back telling me they couldn’t accept the paper form bank statement that I provided and could I provide a pdf of my bank statement so I kindly told them I do not have online banking activated on my card and I only receive paper bank statements well the next day my account was totally deleted and all my funds vanished with the account. It really seemed like they were trying there hardest to get rid of me my only conclusion is I was thousands of pounds up on there casino and my deposits were minimal as I’m a pretty savvy gambler I Guess rizk don’t like losing to customers.

This was close to being 5*

I joined early December 2020 and all was good, even though I only play 10p spins, cashing in and out wasn't a problem. The fun factor was great, I was having FUN!
Not until this morning, I was asked for documents, proof of id. I sent them more than was needed, and although I didn't have a "valid" passport, I sent them my old one, this is still a valid/legal document here in the UK.
Instead, I have shown them my bank card, government papers and screen shots, my housing contract, proof of income being paid into my account.
Proof of their payments to me by (Rizk) by way of screenshots off of my online banking. As well as proof of address, and now after winning £55 they're NOT accepting my documents.
In total I have deposited £310 and withdrew £230, it would be £285 withdrawn but they're keeping my money it seems!
Should I not get this £55 I will seek remedy in the UK county courts.
I WOULD KEEP WELL AWAY IF YOU'RE FROM THE UK!
UPDATE 05/01/2021
After being told my documents were accepted via email (Gunther) my account has been locked out, and it does seem that I have lost my £55 too. I will recover the funds via my bank, who'll no doubt claim this back from Rizk!
Such a shame this company was, what I thought, the real deal, a online casino you could trust. Gutted!!!

I have just gone to log into my account only to find it blocked. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!

Seit ca 3 Jahren spiele ich Rizk

Seit ca 3 Jahren spiele ich Rizk. Damals war es super.
Bis vorgestern. Es gibt kein weel of rizk mehr
, keine Bonis mehr und hat seit neuestem eine eingeführte kurze Pause, wo es heißt das es gleich wieder weiter geht. Ja das ging es aber ich hatte Freispiele gewonnen. Davon hatte ich noch über 10 Stück. Nach der kurzen Pause hatte ich keine mehr. Die Freispiele waren alle weg. Wenn man sich beschwert, bekommt man nur einen vorgefertigten Text geschickt. Fertig.
Hab geschrieben das ich mich löschen werde. Da hieß es, das mir das frei stehe.

traurig , schlecht , nicht mehr gut

ich finde es ist schade so wie das casino jetzt ist seit dem 1 euro maximal einsatz kein autostart mehr und dann auch noch diese drück pausen also das casino ist von 100% gut zu 9999999999999999% schlecht gegangen und die auszahlquote ist jetzt auch nurnoch 0,01%.... echt traurig

Alles abzocke hier, Beispiel.

Bekomme ich auf den ersten 2 wälzen ein Buch, haben die darauf folgende wälzen ganz unterschiedlich lange drehzeiten, der eine Stoppt früher der andere dreht noch 3 extra Runden.

Hier gibt's nichts zu gewinnen. Dazu hat man hier ein Auszahlungslimit von 20€ das heißt wenn du 19.99€ aufm konti hast und möchtest dir 15€ auszahlen lassen geht das nicht, du musst entweder auf 20€ kommen (was hier aber nicht möglich ist) oder du spielst dich leer.

Mittlerweile sind alle casino so prepariert, einfach nur traurig.

Und die schlimmste ausrede aller casinos ist. "dann hättest du kein Glück". Ist halt einfach die abzicl Maschen auf das Glück zu schieben.

Glück ist lotto den da folgt es keinem rng mit einem Algorithmus, Algorithmus ist kein Glück das ist Abzocker Einstellungen. Einfach nur Koch traurig. Ich vermisse die alten wälzen, seid der digitalisierung hat Glücksspuel im casino keinen Reiz mehr.

Ansprechend und seriös, aber etwas spartanische Auswahl

Habe mich im April auf Grund des Covid Lockdowns bei Rizk angemeldet.
Nachdem ich meine ersten Gewinne auszahlen wollte gab es Probleme mit der Verifizierung, meine insgesamt 300 Euro wanderten trotz allen notwendigen Dokumenten immer wieder zurück auf mein Spielerkonto, welches nicht verifiziert wurde.
Nach einem kurzen Livechat mit dem Kundensupport habe ich die Info erhalten, dass die Adresse auf den Kontoauszügen abweicht da ich vor kurzem umgezogen bin. Nachdem ich aber den richtigen Kontoauszug mit der aktuellen Adresse hochgeladen hab bekam ich eine Bestätigung und die Auszahlung lief ohne Probleme.
Insgesamt kann ich sagen, sehr gutes Layout und sehr schnelle Auszahlung (wenn man verifiziert ist), keine 24 Std.
Die Spielauswahl ist etwas mager (keine Merkur Slots) aber die Klassiker findet man alle. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne
Aber an sonsten alles gut und die Gewinne sind auch mega in Ordnung, bin insgesamt (was man auch einsehen kann) ca 50 Euro im Plus und zahle jeden Monate ca 30 Euro ein.
Gutes Fazit fast überall!

Lightning fast withdrawals and verifications process!

Since joining Rizk I have been amazed at their lighting fast withdrawal and verification process. In comparison to other casinos I would hands down say that Rizk has the fastest withdrawal time to e-wallets than the rest. My most recent withdrawal was verified, processed and in my PayPal account before I could even load my PayPal account up.

However I do wish that they had a slightly larger game library from several smaller providers for that vast selection. But if you like your giant providers such as Play’n’go, Yggdrasil and Blueprint and you play in the UK; you’ll find high RTP variants at Rizk, not the usual 94% selection offered by a plethora of rival sites.

Scamming website

So, I did a £20 deposit on this casino via paypal. I check my bank statement a few days later. They had taken £120 from me.

When questioned with customer service and followed their complaints procedure, I hear nothing for days. I had to go through my bank to get the funds owed refunded to me.

Rizk then proceeds to block my account after they were found out of stealing money from me. DO NOT trust this casino...awful website, awful customer service and lastly....a bunch of scamming thieves.
