They updated throughout the whole process and keep good communication with me throughout the process.

Everything was great, right up until we were told there was an added fee at the end for a high resolution image of the nutrition label we had ordered. Considering this file is the whole purpose of the testing having a surprise fee at the end to receive it is an unnecessary and low cash grab. We most likely will be seeking a different lab in the future.
