I know that it's better to buy a new car, especially if you want to feel like a REAL owner, but I applied for services to these guys to get a used car. Last model of Volkswagen Golf with 6.100 km of mileage was my choice and now I am driving it writing this review, hahaha.
Jokes aside, the overall procedure was quick and free of any side hassle so I got my new (used) car within a short period. Paid for it and started to drive.
Now I am full of positive emotions, so thanks, guys!

I sold my car through RMA. Great service from start to finish. Naz dealt with me and explained the process. The price was competitive for my truck and the admin staff sorted the transfer of ownership with ease. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

I bought many cars perviously and I never had this great experience before.

RMA has a very good service and I highly recommend people who are looking for a second hand car to buy it from RMA. FYI, please expect that you gonna pay 10 to 15% extra above the original car market price but it is worth it because whatever car they are selling it is gonna be in very good condition.

I recently had an exceptional experience with RMA, thanks to their outstanding salesperson, Abed. From the very beginning, Abed was incredibly professional and thorough, explaining every step of the process in detail. He patiently answered all my questions and even provided video explanations, which made everything so much clearer.

I trusted Abed completely, even without visiting the showroom. My brand new car was picked up by their recovery service, and I had PPF applied, followed by a ceramic coating on top. Additionally, interior and fabric ceramic coatings, as well as glass ceramic coatings, were applied. The entire process was seamless, and the results were spectacular.

I'm thrilled with the job done by RMA. Abed's professionalism and passion for his work truly shone through, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend RMA, and especially Abed, for anyone looking for top-notch service and quality.

Our experience with RMA Motors was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. We decided to sell our car through them as we were leaving the UAE and needed the car until our departure day. From the outset, communication was poor. Over the two weeks leading up to our departure, we had to repeatedly ask questions and were continuously discovering new information about the sales process, which should have been communicated earlier.

The day before our departure, we visited the garage to ensure everything was in order. Shockingly, they claimed to have no knowledge of our car but assured us that the sale would proceed smoothly. However, on the day we dropped off the car and handed over the keys, they listed numerous issues with the car and reneged on the previously agreed price.

It felt like a deliberate tactic by RMA Motors to put us in a difficult position, knowing we had limited options and would be pressured to accept the new, lower offer. Fortunately, we had an alternative and declined their revised offer.
