Can't fault RM cycles.
Great price, fast despatch and fantastic delivery with accurate tracking with APC. After cancelling another bike from another shop aftet being messed around for days with TNT offering woeful tracking and not turning up on the days they did say they were coming, buying from RM cycles has been great. After despatch I changed the delivery day with APC then on that day got a two hour slot (unlike TNT) and literally tracked him to the door. Love the bike Can't ask for more.

Really good, honest company
Bike was delivered fast and everything was as described on their website.. Had a slight issue with the gears not being setup properly and a bent rotor but this was probably due to the courier regarding the rotor.. They reimbursed me promptly and gave a little extra for the inconvenience.. Highly recommend this company! Thanks again

Buy with confidence
Buying a bike at distance/unseen is always a worry but RMC were swift in turning the order around and packing up securely. Received in a matter of days, just as expected from the clear information and pictures provided on the website. Where there were problems (only niggles, more the bike manufacturers fault than RMC's) they were quick to reply to my communication and rectify the issue. Their prices are very competitive and they know what they're doing, so buy with confidence!

Hi Gary, what a lovely review. You really do identify one of the main barriers to online bike buying and we're pleased we were able to deliver what we are trying to acheive. We really believe that it's essentailly that we are a bike shop first ( and that we all ride) and online retailer second. So we are trying to make buying online as close to buying in a shop as possible. Thanks once again for taking the time to post a review
Good overall experience
Apart from the initial problem of mixed up addresses where the wrong bike was sent out to me, I am very happy with the experience. Helpful,friendly staff and great communication throughout sale.

Bought a few bikes and Parts from RM Cycles, always a great service and happy to go over and above to help with any issues. Even opened up early to resolve an issue we had with a Giant MTB we purchased there.
