I would like to apologise as I wasn’t aware Roadlok.Eu had nothing to do with the UK branch. I am extremely grateful to them for reaching out to me.

Taco from Distri Works BV (roadlok.eu) personally got in touch, even though the issue ultimately had nothing to do with his company. Despite that, he took the time to offer a solution and provide support, which speaks volumes about his professionalism and the high standards of customer care at Distri Works BV. His proactive and helpful approach was genuinely appreciated.

Chris from the UK also made contact and offered to rectify the problem, which is now in progress

Original Problem
I purchased a Roadlok in the UK and within the first week the lock became stiff. I contacted Chris at Roadlok and was advised to clean it with brake disc cleaner and apply graphite powder to the keyhole (graphite powder was not supplied with the product). I followed this advice carefully. After every wash, I dried the lock with compressed air and applied a small amount of graphite powder as instructed.

Despite maintaining the lock exactly as advised, the barrel has now completely seized after only 18 months of use. Fortunately, it was not locked onto the bike at the time, only fitted with the dust cap, otherwise the situation could have been far more serious and inconvenient.

What is most concerning, however, is the complete lack of customer support. I submitted an email request for assistance and completed a returns form but received no response other than an automated acknowledgement. I then called the contact number multiple times before eventually receiving a call back from Chris. I was told, “I’ll sort it tomorrow.”

That was four weeks ago.

Since then, I have made numerous calls and sent several text messages. I have received nothing but delays and excuses, and the issue remains unresolved.

For a security product at this price point, this level of aftersales service is unacceptable. The failure of the product is disappointing, but the failure in customer service is far worse.

Na 4 jaar gebruik was een vd sleutels toch wat krom geraakt, binnen een paar dagen had ik een nieuwe in huis. Ik verander binnenkort van motor, het was op de website makkelijk uit te zoeken of het slot ook op de nieuwe motor paste. Enig puntje van kritiek is het zgn "remove before ride" label. Die valt niet genoeg op . Die heb ik al lang geleden vervangen door een een verklikker/reminder kabel. Die mag wat mij betreft aan de verpakking standaard toegevoegd worden

I ordered a Roadlok on 5th January. On 12th the shipper said I rejected the package which was not possible because no one was home and sent it back to the origin.
I contacted roadlok about this and they said I have to talk to the shipper and if they received it they would send again.
I just got notification that they received it on February 6th and tried to contact them 6 times with no answer and the contact number is impossible to call, starting to feel like a scam.
Don't recommend.

Achat d'un antivol Moto innovant et très pratique, site bien fait pour aider à identifier le bon modèle et à comprendre comment le mettre en place, réception rapide, très bonne expérience.

Super snelle goede service

Prima service, snelle levering, goed product (wel stevig aan de prijs wat het enige minpunt is).

Mijn e-mail eenmaal herhaald. Daarna werd het snel geregeld.

Commande expédiée rapidement. Transaction facile.

De vekeerde bouten meegeleverd. Heb dus andere moeten kopen.

Snelle levering. Mooi product en relatief eenvoudig te monteren.

Semplice il montaggio!

Concernant le produit, je ne l’ai pas encore monté car je n’ai pas les outils adéquat et l’ayant reçu qu’hier, ( 7 jours après l’avoir commandé)et avec le jours férié aujourd’hui, j’irai le faire monter demain.
Mais après plusieurs prises d’infos et de tutos, je n’ai pas de doute sur la qualité du produit mais de mon avis personnel un peu cher.
Mais comme on dit quand on veut de la qualité, on y met le prix…
Par contre même si c’est pas le plus important et qu’il était très bien emballé mettre un emballage digne de ce nom au vu de la renommé de Roadlok, serait un petit plus…
Il y a un effort à faire là dessus…
