Roam is a real food first nutrition brand that started because we were sick of all the fake "health foods" that were on offer when we needed a high protein snack on-the-go. We make high-protein, natural snacks with nothing artificial added to our bars & bites. We wanted high protein, and we wanted all natural, but we didn’t want the weird ingredients that sounded like they should be in a lab, hazardous artificial preservatives, and the inconvenience of refrigeration. Since launching in January 2022 we have been building a loyal community of functional health leaders, biohackers, athletes and adventurers. Great customer support – they made it right
I’ve been a long-term ROAM customer and generally love the product. I recently discovered that a Black Friday order I placed had a much shorter best-before window than I expected (I only noticed because my wife happened to point it out).
I reached out to support and they handled it in a really fair, human way: quick replies, no defensiveness, and they immediately focused on a practical solution. They explained what happened, offered a replacement care package, and when I mentioned I don’t eat pork/turkey, they adjusted the solution by adding extra single beef bars so I’m not left at a loss and I can gift the rest.
Stuff like this is exactly why I keep coming back. Appreciate the way they treated a loyal customer and I’ll continue recommending ROAM.

Got it what's promised, dry healthier quick food with simple ingredients packed with protein without sweets. Good deal for me as I just can't drink protein drinks and don't want to eat a lot of sugar.

Good company
Good company! Have been the customer since from the start! Tasty,healthy protein bars and bites. No nasties added which is very important for me. My favourites are chilli bites and a turkey bar. Very fast delivery. Would have given 5* but the bites/bars are very dry and hard to chew. Lots of water needed when eating one. Also bites bags are not resealable.

Great product, Great customer service
As a regular purchaser of Roam products - the best clean high protein hit I have found - I had an issue with a voucher code I had. But after a simple email to Roam this was sorted by return. No fuss just problem resolution. A great company with great products.

Love the concept
Love the concept, hate the taste. These would probably taste so much better if they weren’t so dry. It’s so dry I couldn’t believe you were able to get the product this much hype. Definitely good marketing. I wanted to love these however really couldn’t even get the first bite down. Please work on the formula because it would be great to have a product like this that’s clean to grab on the go.

Our bars are made with just 5–6 natural ingredients and no artificial flavours or sweeteners, which makes them quite different from typical protein snacks, and not always to everyone's taste.
Regarding the subscription: we do our best to clearly show both one-time and subscription options on our product pages, but we’ll take a closer look at how we can make this even clearer. It's also worth noting that send a notification 3 days prior to any subscription order for customers to amend any subscriptions they hold.
We also cancelled and fully refunded your second (subscription) order as soon as you reached out, and we hope that helped resolve things quickly on your end.

Very quick delivery and super product. High protein meat bars and all natural with no nasty stuff added. Pork turkey and beef. My favourite is the chilli beef just enough heat added.

I think these are an acquired taste. I thought they were dry and awful tasting... Almost plastic like and had to give them all away. Could not get used to the taste at all. The people I gave them to who were body builders and used to consuming a lot of whey protein... They liked them.

Dry, awful
Ordered the starter pack and was very disappointed. Everything is so dry I found myself literally drinking water at the same time as eating just so I could swallow. Everything smelt like dog treats. Thankfully the taste was just okay.
Wouldn’t buy anything from the brand again.
