Betrug. Händler sitzt nicht in New Yirk sondern in Hong Kong. Verschickt Sendungsverfolgungsnummer die das Paketunternehmen nicht kennt und kassiert Geld.

Raised an issue with an undelivered order. They cut all contact and ignored ongoing correspondence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I placed my order for two 14TB Ironwolf HDD drives on July 28th and they were delivered on August 14th. The drives were well packaged and worked great. Time will tell how long they will last since they were used drives.

In the current AI craze, I found the prices reasonable and the lowest I was able to find.

I have purchased a couple of orders from Robert Electronics (2x 12TB and 5x 14TB) and each order has been quickly processed, packaged perfectly and delivered quickly.

One of the 7 drives unfortunately failed, as is likely with any new or refurb'd drives, but as this was within the RMA period offered I reached out, providing the relevant evidence to show it was dead/dying and purchase confirmation, just to cover all bases.

The support were extremely helpful, clear about the process, outlined what I would need to support the return (harddrive packaging which I retained from the last order) and outlined upfront that there were industry wide effects that would impact the process, and checked i was okay with that.

The process did take a little while, but there is next to no stock anywhere, especially not for a reasonable price, so it is entirely understandable. They even offered to switch to a reimbursement if I didnt want to wait. They were incredibly approachable, polite, helpful and forth coming with information at every point of contact. The harddrive just arrived yesterday, and have put it straight into use.

I was a touch hesitant when first ordering from them last year given I had never purchased a refurb drive, which is why I only ordered 2 harddrives initially, but I truly would not have a hesitation with putting in many orders to come in the future.

I ordered two 24tb recertified drives and not only did they upgrade it for free to 28tb drives but when they arrived both the SMART and FARM data indicated they were practically brand new, manufactured 6 months ago and with about 2 hrs of usage. Obviously they were down-binned stock or data centre returns or something rather than used recerts, and they have been working extremely well so far. Effectively worked out at over 60% discount compared to new prices.

Delivery to UK was maybe 2 weeks, and it was well packaged to avoid damage. The company answered emails about stock etc, they obviously asked ChatGPT to "make it sound more british" and it came out a bit funny but that was fine. They're the only place offering a 5 year warranty and their reputation seems good, so hopefully they deliver on that if needed.

A fair price for the product. Good communication about the order and delivery. The order even arrived ahead of the expected date. Excellent service.

Refunded fine, but refurbished Seagate HDD's, where Seagate just not sorted why they had been returned. Robert's had no return policy though - crazy, no idea what to do with them - Robert's just said hold on to them! I think they've stopped selling them now.
