Roberts Crossley Solicitors Opiniões

The solicitor’s (Mr Ben Thomas) exceptional support and unwavering commitment made the entire conveyancing process smooth and stress-free

We recently used Roberts Crossley Solicitors for the sale and purchase of a property on behalf of my elderly parents, and the service we received was excellent from start to finish.

John Roberts handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and care, and was on hand to answer any questions. The online portal was a great way to see the progress of each step. What could have been a stressful experience became a smooth and straightforward one.

We felt reassured at every stage and were impressed by the speed with which matters were progressed without ever compromising attention to detail. Thanks to John's work, both the sale and purchase went through seamlessly.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and approachable solicitor.

Rob Morrison is both professional and courteous. Communication is excellent. RC Legal have dealt with many transactions for us and we simply cannot imagine going anywhere else.

Alicia McLellan provided me with a wonderful service. Very efficient, always replying to any queries almost immediately and was always extremely pleasant and helpful. She ensured I was kept informed of progress at all times and made the transfer of equity between my brother and myself very easy and straightforward, would highly recommend.

Lily Moores was excellent, highly professional and thorough in dealing with the sale of our mums house. What I really liked was her personable approach when we spoke always taking the time to explain things clearly.

We used Robert Crossley Solicitors for the first time for the sale of my mother’s home. Lilly Moores made the process easier with her excellent knowledge and communication skills. She was always available to answer any queries we had and was proactive in trying to complete the sale asap. It was a pleasure working with her.

This is the 3rd property that Ben Thomas has handled for us. This last one was particularly difficult as the first 2 buyers dropped out but throughout the process Ben was always cheerful and expertly brought the sale to a successful conclusion in an impressively short time.
Well done Ben - you are a star and we would certainly recommend you.

What can I say! Ben never fails. Such an amazing company. I have used these 3 times and everytime im kept upto date and always ahead of the game! Thank you Ben . Your a star ⭐

We have sold 2 houses and bought another , working closely with (rather than being remotely ordered to ) John Roberts.
He has always made himself available on the phone , always acting promptly.
He has a sense of humour !
He cares about his clients , understanding their needs.
John deciphers the jargon with a deft touch.
If you are looking to by or sell a house then here is a man and company that is approachable , trustworthy and , above all , provides that essential human touch.

My 2nd time using Roberts Crossley. Experience was great, they made what is normally a very stressful process surprisingly calm. There were no dramas, and a successful completion.

Special Shout out to John who was fantastic.

Always there for us when we need advice in a complicated lease matter and dealt with it efficiently in a timely manner. I would go back to them anytime

Jonathon did an amazing job at dealing with my house sale, after the 1st 2 buyers backed out.
The third one , was requesting some unusual requests through their solicitor who was extremely slow to respond,Thank you Jonathan for your patience and persistence . Jonathan was always available to chat when needed and always actioned issues immediately.
I would highly recommend Robert Crossley after finding them on the internet.

The big thing with this process is communication and Roberts Crossley did it very well.
Lily kept me updated at each stage and was always available to discuss matters with me.
All in all, a very smooth transaction.

Very effective, very friendly, very to the point

Outstanding from start to finish — thank you for everything!
From the first stages and getting quotes I was constantly going back and fourth with Alicea. They truly were so kind and gentle in their responses and truly helpful that I had felt so secure when choosing Robert’s Crossley Solicitors.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor, Katy. From day one, they were reliable, approachable, and always one step ahead. With their quotes, I was constantly going back and fourth and Alicea was so kind and gentle in her responses and truly helpful. Every stage of the process was explained clearly and handled with care — no chasing, no confusion, just genuine support and expertise throughout.

What really stood out was how personal the service felt. We never felt like just another case — they took the time to reassure,
keep us fully informed. Even in the more stressful moments, they were calm, and completely on the ball.

This was a huge step for us, and we’re so thankful to have had such a brilliant solicitor on our side. We would recommend them in a heartbeat — they made a complicated process feel safe, simple, and human. We’re truly grateful.

We will definitely be returning customers and will recommend them to everyone too.

Thank you so much to everyone involved for taking the time to be so helpful!
