Outstanding - after years of dealing with average, vaguely committed and underqualified Agents Robinson Reade have been a real breath of fresh air. Jane and Louise are not only efficient but understand that some of us are easily distracted and forget things. Gentle reminders on document signing in a timely fashion is just a tiny part of what illustrates how organised they are. The description they created for the property actually had even me interested in it and I’m selling it. No exaggeration just really really clear expression and enthusiasm bringing out the best points. From first contact to listing has been less than a week including all authorisations, visits photographs et cetera. I could not be more impressed.

This is the 2nd time using Robinson Reade as I knew the level of service I would be getting. I could not wish for a more positive experience. The team are professional, helpful, kind, funny, and really on the ball. I felt completely safe and assured that the process was being handled, and with good reason. They made a stressful situation enjoyable. Would wholeheartedly recommend :)

We recently purchased a house through Robinson Reade in Park Gate, and what an experience from start to finish. Donetta took over our case once the offer had been accepted and couldn’t have been more thorough and helpful. She kept everything going and made the process go quicker and smoother. I would definitely not have been as sane without her.

Donetta went above and beyond to keep us updated, supported us when the sale fell through due to our buyer pulling out, and then helped us after we re-offered on the house. She also played a crucial role in getting the searches back and everything completed.

It was a pleasure working with Donetta, and I should also mention the entire team. Although I didn’t directly speak with them, they definitely played a huge part in the background.

Initially very quick communication and actions taking place, towards the end there was a few occassions where we felt there was not enough urgency on our communication and requests and we needed to repeat ourselves a few times as some points raised by us were either missed or ignored.

Donetta Holland did a marvellous job of selling a retirement apartment, that I was beginning to think would never sell.

All the team at Robinson Reade are very professional and have got a lot of experience in the local area and gave us a lot of advice on how to sell our house. The pricing was very accurate. I would definitely recommend using this agent. My only regret is that I did not use Robinson Reade when I first put the house on the market. This would have saved me a lot of time and stress.

I'm a landlord and use Robinson Reade as agents to manage my B2Ls. Most of the time, the houses tick over with little intervention, but sometimes - particularly when changing to new tenants - there is much to do. I've used RR for over 10 years now. When interventions are needed, they are quick, efficient and professional. They have a variety of tradesmen who are responsive, competent and charge reasonable rates. We've had a particularly good experience just before Christmas this year (2024) where RR found/turned around tenants in record time. Their advice throughout was first class.

Kept informed every step of the way. When advice needed about local solicitors and removal companies was given options without being pushy and left to decide ourselves.

Robinson Reade is a small, independent, professional, company
with integrity .A joyous company to have dealings with. From the onset I was continually kept up to date with an evolving, complicated, situation over many months. Boy, did that team of lively, capable women work their socks off for this sale.
