Having previously rented through (and been impressed by) Robinson Reade when I first moved to the area, I knew I would instruct them when it was time to sell my house. Everything from the initial valuation meeting, to superb online marketing and through to emotional and practical support during the offer and sales process is five star...these ladies give estate agents a good name!
They secured a full asking price offer within a few days of going live on Right Move. When the buyers pulled out after Xmas (🤨) they secured another full asking price...and cash...offer within a day! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robinson Reade - I’m only sad I’m moving out of the area so won’t be able to use them next time!

Endlessly positive and patient, the team at Robinson Reade saw us through a torturously long house sale and became more like family friends. They are efficient, tenacious and imaginative. Girl power at its finest.

I was so impressed with Robinson Reade, I initially asked for lettings advice for my Mum's home when she went into a care home but this became a sale after she passed away. The team at RR were so professional and efficient, I was particularly impressed with how they followed the sale through and ensured it completed, despite a number of challenges. From the point of valuation right through to completion we've been delighted with the support and service received through every member of Robinson Reade. We purchased our house through them 7 years ago and definitely made the right decision to select them to assist with the sale of our beloved property recently. They were different to other estate agents we had experience with and found them to be honest, reliable, and took a warm and respectful approach to selling our property. We felt comfortable with the viewing process, despite the pandemic, due to how they managed covid guidelines (gloves, wipes, shoe covers, mask etc) and again noted this to be much more stringent than other agencies. We were kept updated with all aspects of our sale progression and they worked hard in resolving any issues. Have had nothing but brilliant experiences with this estate agents! A few years ago I rented a flat through them and they were brilliant. Recently, after my mum died, I was looking to put her house on the market. I initially chose to go with another local estate agents which was (to put it kindly) a disaster! Robinson Reade took us under their wing at a difficult time and guided us through the process of putting the house on the market. Ultimately, we have decided to move into the house ourselves and even then, Jane was so kind and supportive. Couldn’t recommend more!!!

Excellent service, from the first valuation I felt the team knew the market and were highly professional with a personal touch. Upon a sale offer they kept us informed at all stages. Their ‘Mio’ app allowed us to view the milestone stages and what was outstanding. They were with us every step of the way and answered all queries in a timely manner. I would highly recommend their services.

I have been dealing with the team at Robinson Reade for nearly 10 years and have always found them friendly and helpful. A low staff turnover at the agency has really helped build up a long term trusting relationship.

I cannot more highly rate Robinson Reade. The lovely ladies have been exemplary to this industry. I have dealt with a number of agents over my house sale and purchase journey, and no one has come close to Robinson Reade. Sharyn was my first point of contact, and she was just the most lovely person to speak to and view houses with - Sharyn, it was a pleasure! She managed to get us in to our perfect home before it even went on the market, and we could not be more thankful.
From the moment the offer was accepted, we have had outstanding contact from Donetta, who manages the journey from offer acceptance to exchange and through to completion. Donetta is by far the reason we stuck out a 7 month long journey to purchase our home. Her efforts went far above and beyond what you would expect of any agent, and she is a credit to the company and an example of what other agencies should be aiming for.
Most agencies do not give such a high level of post-offer aftercare, or even offer it full stop. For this reason, I recommend using Robinson Reade to both sell and purchase homes. You won't find a better agent in the local area.
