A little gem in Alnwick
Staff are always welcoming and as attentive as you want them to be. Rebecca was really helpful getting different clothes and sizes and suggesting styling.

Amazing shop
Amazing shop, amazing staff, amazing clothes footwear, household items it’s just a gem of a shop that when you visit you always buy something the staff are so helpful and friendly and if you are unsure about what would look good on you they fetch lots of items for you to try they really do go the extra mile for you

The customer service from the staff in…
The customer service from the staff in Robinson’s is one of the best I have ever experienced. Every time I go in I am welcomed with a smile and offer of help if I need it. The staff must be chosen for their sunny personalities. The clothes are set out in colours, which I love, and in a good range of sizes. Great sneakers, scarves and jewellery too. I would recommend anyone come here and they will leave with something they love (even if they didn’t intend to buy anything 😂).
