Some parts where not very strong and broke when taken out of the wood
Resposta da Robotime
We’re sorry some parts broke right after being detached from the wooden board due to insufficient sturdiness.
Kindly send your order information to service@robotime.com, and we will arrange complimentary replacement parts for you.
Nice puzzle. Design is great with outstanding detail, nice coloring, and good fit. Only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 star rating is the lousy shipping. Took longer than estimated and sits for days in one location without any good tracking.
Resposta da Robotime
Hi John, thank you for the kind words about the puzzle—we're really glad you enjoyed the design and fit. We're sorry the shipping fell short of expectations, though. If you ever have delivery concerns, feel free to reach out to us at service@robotime.com and we'll be happy to help.

The instructions were very clear and easy to put together. However when you slide cuckoo box in make sure it slides in very easily otherwise the doors will not open fully when put together. I had to do some sanding and a very small amount of lube to fix the problem.
Resposta da Robotime
Hi Jodi, thank you so much for the great review and for sharing that helpful tip about the cuckoo box! We’re really glad the instructions were clear, and we appreciate the heads-up about the fit — we’ll definitely look into making that part smoother. Happy building and enjoy your project!
Demanded I send pictures of a problem that couldn't be seen, and then claimed th pictures were digitally altered.

Despite me breaking several parts during disassembly because of my own mistakes, ROKR still took care of my request for replacement parts without hassles!! I’ve become a loyal customer as a result, and the products are pretty damn cool to boot!!

This was a winning gift to 15yo grandson. Found it mind challenging and learnt hand eye coordination plus finger hand dexterity. Great buy, thank you.

Fun, yet challenging..
Resposta da Robotime
Hi Bethany, thank you so much for the great review! We're really glad to hear you found it both fun and challenging — that’s exactly what we aim for. Hope you enjoy it for a long time to come!
The Coffee Factory is a super idea with moving parts to create lots of interest. However some parts are easily broken as too fragile. I refer to the little coffee machine on the upper floor where the plastic sheet is too stiff to form a cylinder. Maybe warming up the plastic in hot water will soften it to allow a cylinder to be rolled. The fragile components of the cylinder frames easily break. This part needs to be rethought perhaps with a preformed cylinder. The manual is OK but some drawn details are too seal resulting in parts being fix the wrong way round. Apart from the above gripes, this is a great model.
Resposta da Robotime
Hi Richard, thank you for your detailed and thoughtful feedback. We're really glad you enjoyed the overall model, but we're sorry to hear that the coffee machine parts were fragile and tricky to assemble. Your suggestion about a preformed cylinder is genuinely helpful, and we'll pass it on to our design team. If you'd like any further assistance, please feel free to email us at service@robotime.com.
