I bought a Moebot 10 robot mower from them on 17 January. After many coms and promises from them, I finally got a Post Office notification , that they have shipped the item. It never arrived. I asked the Post Office and they advised that the item was returned to the sender, on request from them, and got prove from the Post Office that the item was delivered back to them. Warning stay away

I purchased the HOBOT R3 Robotic Window Cleaner on January 1st, but have yet to receive the package. Despite requesting a refund, I only received automated responses. Following an email and phone call to the company, they assured me that they would contact me, but unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call. Dealing with the company has been a nightmare due to their poor customer service.

Do not purchase anything from this company. We purchased a robot pool cleaner and after only 2 months it stopped working. We cannot get anyone from the company to contact us after logging multiple tickets as requested by this company. We are now left with a cleaner that doesn't work with no alternative now than to log a claim with the Office of Fair Trading. This company should be closed down.

Unfortunately I had no option but to give one star.
I have been chasing a warranty claim with Robot My Life since January 5th. That’s nearly three months of intermittent responses, long delays, and weeks of complete silence. Every attempt to get clarity has been met with excuses and vague promises.
I’ve escalated this to the Office of Fair Trading yet the company still cannot resolve a straightforward warranty claim. At this point, I am left with no choice but to lodge a QCAT dispute.
This isn’t just poor service—it’s a deliberate exercise in dragging out problems while hoping customers give up. Avoid this company if you value your time, money, or sanity.
Bottom line: Unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely unreliable. They clearly don’t care about their customers.
Do not buy
It took months for my vacuum to arrive, but it worked well enough. What they didn't tell me is that it required regular replacement parts, and then they have since failed to ever provide those parts. The first time I got a refund. The second time they took my money and ignored multiple emails, phone calls, and form submissions.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Pool robot worked well for a period and then failed within 12 months. Been trying to claim warranty since January. Still have broken robot and no reply for weeks. Disgusted with lack of communication and honouring warranty they advertise. Avoid!!!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - BUYER BEWARE.....
In October I purchased the S100 robotic pool skimmer. Everything was going great until the fine mesh lining in the skimmer basket has broken down and has holes in it. The device is now useless as the fine materials the skimmer was catching are now going straight back to the pool. I have attempted twice now to make contact through their automated customer service platform. Receiving "ticket numbers" each time. I have heard absolutely nothing from them.
PS - the skimmer basket is not covered under warranty - how convenient.
Perhaps a call to ACCC will be my next option.
No warranty support
Bought a B300 pool robot which took a month to arrive. Sometimes the robot would go too quickly so the front end would lift off the pool floor and hence not be vacuuming as there was not full contact with the pool floor. Emailed them 3 months ago, still no answer. Then a few days ago, the robit stopped charging. This time I lodged a support ticket throught their support portal. No reply after 2 days. Not expecting a reply anytime soon given their previous slack performance. These companies should be shut down and you shouldn't support them as they do not provide support services or honour their warranty.

It seems impossible to make any personal phone contact with them. I will be making a formal complaintw through the Office of Fair Trading
I would definitely warn against dealing with the firm or their parent company.
Brought the pool skimmer
Brought the pool skimmer, the basket disintegrated within months, I have contacted via email to attempt to source a replacement and have had 0 responses to both emails I tried.

If you’re thinking about buying a pool cleaner from Robot My Life, do yourself a favour and WALK AWAY. My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating, not only because of the poor product but mainly because of their non-existent customer service.
Trying to contact this company is impossible. Emails go unanswered and phone calls lead nowhere. You submit enquiries hoping someone will get back to you, but you get absolutely no response. It feels like once they have your money, they completely disappear.
This is not just my experience either. After reading other reviews, many other customers report the exact same problem: repeated attempts to contact the company with no replies, no callbacks, and no assistance at all. Reviews frequently mention emails being ignored and phone numbers that only lead to voicemail or automated responses.
A faulty product can happen with any brand. What really matters is how a company deals with it. Unfortunately, Robot My Life appears to have no meaningful after-sales service, leaving customers completely on their own.
In my case, every enquiry has been ignored. No acknowledgment, no follow-up, and no effort to resolve the issue.
If you value customer support and expect a company to stand behind what they sell, DO NOT BUY from Robot My Life.
This has been one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. They take your money and then don’t deliver without multiple emails. And they make you pay for fast delivery as they give you no other options. This is a form of extortion. I’m going to report them to consumer affairs as I’ve had enough! I was fool enough to give them a second chance with another order, but never, ever again!!!

Robot My Life Deserves Zero Stars
I wish I could give Robot My Life zero stars as that is what they deserve. I have contacted the company repeatedly since 8 December 2025 requesting assistance with my broken pool robot (less than a year old). After two months of constant contact, I finally receive correspondence on how to return the robot; however, they have yet to provide the postage label. Once again, I emailed them repeatedly for the last two weeks with no response.
DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a Poolbot 300 in February 2025. It worked for the first 4 months but then it would not charge and ceased to work. As advised by the company the product was returned in September and since then I have not received any communication from them. Numerous emails have gone unanswered and the next step is to contact the ombudsman.
My advice would be do not purchase any product from this company.
