Stay Far Away From This Company
Stay far away from this company. I needed a service that required two men to be sent to my apartment. The company promised several times they would get that message to the vendor (I made repeat calls to get clarification). However, only one person arrived. Although he himself was phenomenal and did the best he could under restraint/obstructed conditions, this is not what was promised by Rocket Air Care when I booked the job. Afterwards, when I called Rocket Air Care, they admitted that there was nothing in their notes about this being a two person job. However, instead of taking responsibility for their failure, the company rep.(Natalie) told me that there were "always choices in life", and that I could have gone with a different company. She then proceeded to block my phone number so that I could no longer contact them (I know because I tried - I'm blocked). In addition, despite promising that I would hear from the company manager (Shawn), Rocket Air Care proceeded to blame the vendor, who I made crystal clear during my follow-up call, was not to blame for anything. I only know about the blame game because I received a call from the technician, saying he was alerted to the complaint. That was disgusting on the part of Rocket Air Care. This issue fell squarely on the shoulders of Rocket Air Care, who made a promise that they didn't deliver and then took no responsibility for its failure. Moreover, Natalie (the customer service rep I spoke to afterwards) was new heights of rude and exhibited mind shocking callousness. The vendor himself was amazing, but if I could give Rocket Air Care a minus ten star review, I would. This is not a reputable or trustworthy company and I am seriously questioning the validity of any 5-star reviews. Did I mention to stay far away from this company? Far, far, far away. This applies to customers and vendors alike.
