I was working to a tight deadline, and they went above and beyond by fast-tracking my order to make sure it was ready in time. Reliable and friendly service that we would definitely recommend. Took the time to help us get the correct thread colour for the embroidery for our staff uniforms, and sample images are provided before making. Always happy with the consistency and quality of the products and of course the speed of our orders. Recently also had a charity top printed for an event. Rocket more than happy to go back and forth to make sure design was on point before making and I couldn't be happier with it.

absolutely incredible embroidery!! i was kept up to date regarding my order, which was made very quickly! i was shown images of what my product would look like, and my approval of it was asked for before moving ahead. my embroidery is absolutely perfect and exactly what i wanted! very good attention to detail, im over the moon!!
