Great company! Very friendly and efficient. We couldn’t find tickets anywhere at any price for Coldplay at Wembley ( we were 8,000+ in the queue on several attempts even with early entry bonuses) Matt at Rocket Hospitality was able to offer us great tickets/seats and the communication between us was swift & easy. We will definitely be using Rocket Hospitality for future events.

We booked the Wimbledon women's semi-final this year to fulfil an overdue promise to our daughters. After a long internet exploration we decided to get in touch with Rockethospitality to book the tickets. As there are so many scams on the web it is always a bit scary to spend such an amount on an organisation you don't know, but the contact was immediate and the follow up by Matt was very friendly, extremely helpful and patient. We hesitated quite long before actually ordering the tickets, but Matt remained respectful, followed up, without pushing us into a decision. The day itself was everything Matt had promised and fulfilled all we had wished for: inspiring matches (not sure if even that was not Matt's doing :-) ), excellent seats and an organisation that ran like clock work.
So if you're the hesitating type or just don't want to take any risks, Matt and Rocket hospitality are your ticket to a wonderfull Wimbledon experience.

Great experience with Wimbledon debentures purchased from Rockethospitality in 2022, after Matt worked with us to reschedule due to COVID restrictions in 2021. Easy to download tickets on the app (don't be concerned, Wimbledon doesn't let you load the actual ticket until the day of the event), debentures let you zip through a dedicated line and have bag check available for coats/bags/MERCHANDISE, good seats. Will likely be using Matt/Rockethospitality again for the French Open in the near future.

I used Rocket Hospitality to purchase tickets for this past Wimbledon. What an excellent experience! The seats were great. We had the seventh row at Centre Court for one day and the fourth row the next day. These were awesome viewing seats, as you really wouldn’t want to be any closer to the level of the court, as the angle wouldn’t work as well. We dealt with Matt Gibson at Rocket, and he was extraordinarily helpful. Anytime we emailed a question to him, he replied with promptness and was very patient with his explanations. I can’t recommend this company or Matt strongly enough.

My husband and I purchased Wimbledon tickets through Rockthehospitality. Our experience was first class from the first email inquiry, to the downloaded tickets on our phones. We will definitely use Matt for future bookings. Honestly, everything was perfect for this "once in a lifetime" experience for us.

Rocket Hospitality took great care of us. Our seats at Wimbledon were perfect and right next to the Royal Box. Matt was very attentive and explained things well for us since we were new to the process. Highly recommend!

Transacting over the internet for fairly large sums of money is always a little scary. Matt Gibson of Rocket Hospitality took great pains to explain every step of the process and what to expect. Although it was our first time to Wimbledon the Debenture Tickets were delivered EXACTLY as promised. We had a fantastic view from our seats and thoroughly enjoyed the games, the atmosphere and the privilege of seeing the quarterfinals from Center court. Both the men's and women's matches were thrilling and fun. The only downside was, although we arrived early and were third through the gates we felt we did not have time to see everything before the game perhaps a little more research ahead of time would have helped. Next year we will definitely book two days.
