Great for the Novice Craftsman
Thorough explanation of the various products made it much easier for me to order with confidence. I have a fair amount of experience working with epoxy, fillers and glass cloth but I have never worked with Carbon Fiber. The explanations as to how the various cloth weights can be molded, contoured around corners and the final look made it much easier to decide what to order for my project.

Great Quality and Fast Shipping
The fiberglass I got is the best I’ve ever seen and shipping time was impeccable. Ordered on Friday and had it at my front door the next Friday. Couldn’t be happier.

My order arrived on time
My order arrived on time. The packing was inadequte for such an expensive product. And my order is missing a sheet. Your phone number always goes to voicemail and no one calls back. I'm in the process of getting a replacement and I'm acutally stuck. There is no help at Rock West.

Suppliers Evermore Scarce
Suppliers of this product are much more scarce than 3-4 yrs ago.
Not pleased with price increase from that time at Rock West.
Greed in America is ever increasing.

I was able to find the material I was…
I was able to find the material I was looking for and get it cut to the appropriate lengths easily and for a lower price than competitors. Lead time was days where other suppliers quoted weeks. My items arrived within one week and all cuts are smooth, and consistent.
