Hi do not trust this company. I spoke to the manger of the cornwall store on brookdale ave only to be lied too. she promised me this big deal then when i got to the store no such thing. I even called the rogers customer service number and the did not care wow this is sad
For the amount charged for cable TV
For the amount charged for cable TV, the selections are horrid. 500 channels that show the same shows/movies all day every day!
With multiple shows, movies and trash being repeated multiple times per week. i.e. the same episodes being played every single day of the week in succession, week after week!
A lot of garbage is still garbage!

I would give it 0 stars. I have been a customer with Rogers for over 15 years mostly for cellphone service. This past December I went to cancel my Rogers service since I had found a better deal somewhere else. Rogers convinced me to stay by offering me a deal including an extra phone line and a newer phone financed. They also charged me $80 twice in activation fee WHICH THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD REFUND ME over the next few bills. It is now April, I am still fighting them on this refund only to be told by incompetant staff that there is no indication in their 'notes' about this refund and they can't provide me with the refund. They also said that the promotion they gave me were invalid. I don't understand this as this is their agents/system that provided me with the promotions.

Je suis une nouvelle cliente chez Rogers. On m’a attirée avec un forfait à bas prix, mais un mois plus tard, ma facture a augmenté de 15 $ sans aucun préavis. On m’a expliqué que c’était parce qu’un rabais ne s’appliquait finalement pas, car je n’avais pas de service résidentiel. Pourtant, c’est l’agent qui a ajouté cette option lors de l’inscription. Étant une nouvelle cliente, je ne vois pas comment j’aurais pu avoir deux services dès le départ.
J’ai également voulu retourner le téléphone, mais l’agent m’avait affirmé que j’avais 30 jours pour le faire. C’était faux : le délai réel est de 14 jours.
Autre point négatif : j’ai pris un forfait pour une semaine au Mexique, mais il n’a pas fonctionné. Je n’avais aucun réseau, même dans les grandes villes, alors que tout le monde autour de moi en avait.
Je suis extrêmement insatisfaite de mon expérience. J’attends simplement la fin de mon contrat de deux ans pour quitter Rogers

Roger’s is terrible can’t even get a hang of the cause it takes 5 hours on hold to get anyone on the phone. You would think a multi billion company could provide you decent wifi and up to what I pay for download speed. You might as well use a potato for a modem. Just go BELL or the company’s owned by BELL.

I have been a Roger's customer for over 40 years. I have been prepeaying the same billing amount for several years. This month billing went up over 100% because my 2 years contract which i did not sign for, was expired!!!!! Will not use Roger's again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with Rogers Communications.
Almost 3 hours on the phone just to change a simple email on my account — and still nothing got done. I was passed between departments, kept on hold forever, and in the end they told me to go to a store.
Completely useless support. They just waste your time and avoid actually helping.
This has happened multiple times, not just once.
If you’re thinking about getting a line with Rogers, especially for business — don’t. Sales is smooth, but the service after is a nightmare.
I have 3 lines with them and I’ll be cancelling all of them as soon as I can

My phone was stolen, and I immediately contacted Rogers Communications because it was not fully paid off. I later switched to Bell, where I now continue my phone services.
Today I discovered that Rogers withdrawal money from my account without any notification or communication and the account is negative. The only time they contacted me was after I switched providers, asking why I left Rogers. Today, I called customer service but my issue was not resolved. I also found the interaction unprofessional( he sound he was laughing) the only he to I didn’t understand I kept repeating myself until he change my account and was telling about my internet . I was it was phone . Even right now am thinking of switching my internet as well

I just upgrade my cell phone with Rogers after two years my term complete. and I went to Rogers store for new phone upgrad they told me I have to do before my last date upgrade. Otherwise rogers will charge you extra money after due date. And I did upgrade four days before and Roger send me bill with the $45 extra because they told me you break the contract four day earlier and store. Tell you different thing and Rogers cell phone service. They tell you different things they are they rip you off. They always trying to looking some loophole to get your money. I never ever do contact with Rogers again, I don’t have option for zero star otherwise I’ll give them zero don’t trust them. I called the customer service and they told me the same thing that you did before four days so we have to charge you $45 extra. .
The worst customer service in history
I was with Shaw for many years, Roger's took over and upgraded my equipment to some new fancy storm ready thing. 8 months later and probably 100 hours on the phone and the new fancy upgrade still doesn't work. Not a single person works for Roger's that speaks English. I have made more than 60 phone calls to this company and every call and every person is the same. I am now on my 3rd week of just trying to cancel my service with this company. I have no idea how this company became big, I have no idea why anyone would use this company. I do not think this company has a single manager or anyone in charge and every call you place to them goes to a call center in India.

Contracts are not honored. Costs increase regularly
Rogers has given permission to itself to increase service costs stating "Investments and "scheduled end dates" of programs. The legality of service contracts are ignored and a simple information and notification is a sufficient explanation to increase costs.

After multiple calls they removed the fee but not completely so I had to go threw another round of calls
