They changed their formula without advertising it and now their flavors are worse. The Tiger's Blood flavor went from being fruity and refreshing to being very muted and mostly coconut. Now I have to drink 2 tubs of crappy drink mix.

I bought items from Rogue Energy and my items were stopped at the customs who asked me to pay 21% of an amount they thought it was worth seeing as Rogue did not provide the value and on top of that a 10$ handling fee. So I asked to return it because in HOLLAND where they ship that is my LEGAL right and if I didn't pay it would automatically get sent back for free which would save me the shipping fee back I am legally obliged to pay according to Dutch law. They said this was impossible and sent a link to the return policy on their site. Meanwhile Dutch LAW says I am allowed to ship back my item at my own cost within 14 days of arrival and I am entitled to the full amount back. They cited their website to me and said because they are based out of the USA they will not refund me a cent AND I am not allowed to return it at my own expense. Which is ILLEGAL! I hope they STOP shipping entirely to my country if they are going to break the laws of because if I didn't have a disability that causes me to not have the energy to I could and would sue for emotional and financial damages incurred.

I'm writing this review not to hate on the company since I thought their drink was really tasty but just so you know you may be subject to high tax and other fees at customs and so others are aware of their return policy and rude customer support.

I would give zero stars! Rude customer service and refusing to correct an order! I never leave bad reviews but the way their customer care team treated me they should be fired!

Very exceptional!

this a terrible company to haven’t deal with, thier customer service is absolutely abysmal, i had ordered a stack back in january, which came up against problems and was sent back to them, which with the tracking you can see they received but they refuse a refund,
i asked for a different customer service person, a supervisor or some one in charge, and you then get a lot of abuse and negativity, it’s horrible.
the energy drinks no matter what flavour don’t give you energy at all, the hydration ones taste nice but seem to make you more thirsty, and the chill one doesn’t do anything at all, when i mentioned this to the rogue team, they did not care at all in the slightest, once they have your money, they don’t want to deal with you,
please avoid this company, there are other better ones out there, shop with them.

I love rugue energy had good taste and delivery is fast and smooth
