I can’t get through to them to have a ticket closed. Contact is limited to their ticket system and although I should be able to close this myself, it’s not allowing me to. I get an “unexpected error” message when I try to open, to close it so I’m stuck in no mans land. I’ve been waiting for weeks so I’m just saying as buyers, be aware to potential exists for you to loose the ability to contact them. And that’s not a good thing.

Also, customer service, delivery time and discreet packaging has been on point. Most delivers have been in that 2 week range instead of 3-4wks.
