Ordered a watch more than one year ago and I didn't receive it.

What makes this experience completely unacceptable is the customer support. Was informed the watch was seized by the customs and a replacement brand new watch would be shipped. Every single time I have reached out in the past to find out what happened, I have been given nothing but the runaround. I’ve been given vague promises that never come true, and met with endless automated excuses.

I've completely given up on chasing them down for answers. At this point, I just want to share my experience so future customers know exactly what they are getting into.

I’ve ordered a few items from Rolex expert. The staff is very receptive and quickly responsive. The product is as good as it can be. Difficult to tell the difference from the real thing once it’s on the wrist. I even asked for them to send me an oyster bracelet for a watch i purchased with a jubilee. Not only was the price great but the service and wait time was perfect. Kudos to them.

Amazing watches. Wow. But even better is the support — truly world-class!

Very fast shipping and the watch is a quality product. Hard to tell from the actual Rolex. Keeps time well, feels good on the wrist and looks great.

WARNING!!! This site is a scam with fake reviews! I made two orders; the first one arrived with no issues, I made a small order to test the sites validity. The second was much larger 10 items total and I only received two items before they ghosted me and my requests for updates and responded in a manner that seemed like I was talking to AI. They removed their Whatsapp number and change it every few days or weeks and ignore requests from the old numbers rather than carrying them over ;even when that number was available on the site; it's no long an option on their site. My order was made and paid in full in November 2025 (Update Jan 26). It's now August 2026 and I still get empty promises that shipments are forthcoming. I believe they've been shut down and are not able to fulfill order! Only order from trusted sources!

Sent detailed email regarding my order as they requested in their response below. It's been 8 days of crickets... Requested an update on 26th; Ghosted again.

Update 8/20/26 based on sellers response.
Correction- my second order was infact paid for in January 2026 9 months ago. There where 10 items ordered and paid in full via Bitcoin. I have since received 2 of the 10 items and the seller now claims my order is filled and closed in their response below???. I'm happy to provide screen shots of the months of Whatsapp interactions where my request for updates are responded to with "we will check with our team" followed by no response and multiple disconnected Whatsapp service lines where any previous requests went unanswered and ignored. Also happy to provide shipping details showing only two of the ten items were shipped .
I'm not a disgruntled customer. I'm someone who paid alot of money for items that were NOT shipped and Im now being told that they've shipped and closed my order. Please provide tracking for each parcel in your public response showing completed delivery and I will happily correct this review.

I was also skeptical before ordering, however, due to the overwhelming pisitive reviews, I felt comfortable I could trust Rolex Expert. And wow, I was not dissapointed. From placing my order on the 6th of August to receiving it on the 17th of August, I was kept up to date by Anna and the team every step of the way. The watch is absolutely beautiful and you can feel the the quality that went into making it. It even came with a wrist link adjustment tool that was seemless. A truly wonderful experience and cannot thank the whole team at Rolex Expert for the outstanding service. I will defintely be returning to increase by collection.

The quality of my replica submariner is astounding. I’ve owned a number of Rolex watches over the years including my current Daytona Ceramic dial. Accuracy of the replica is spot on as is overall construction quality. I bought it as a beater to keep my original clean and have no regrets. Not sure how they can pull this off but great job!
