I ordered a watch trough ad on Facebook with big baloney story of the company from them on February 17, 2026 for $139.50 USD. As today 4-16-2026 I never received the watch. Today I received a email from the company "We hope you are enjoying your ROLF™ "But Why" — Limited Edition from ROLF . If you have had a chance to use it, we would love to hear what you think. Your feedback helps other shoppers and helps us to improve. It only takes a minute." Well I never received this watch! 2 weeks ago they send me a tracking number that never shows any progress! This company is a big scam! Now I have to go to my PayPal account to see if I can get my money back. I email the company few times and they never responded!

incredibly unprofessional company

Hello everyone!
I ordered two items from them on February 7, 2026.
I hadn't heard anything from them until February 20, only a confirmation that payment had been made and the item would be delivered soon. On February 20, I contacted their support team to check the status of my package. I was told they didn't have my full address, even though I'd provided it. I provided the address again and asked them to confirm everything by sending four more emails, which they ignored. On February 25, I submitted a new request demanding a response to my previous emails and confirmation that they had received all the necessary information. On February 26, I received a "refund request" from them. This is incredibly unprofessional.

The company only sent part of my order

The company only sent part of my order, claiming they sent it all. I've contacted them 3 times and have not received a response. I asked them to either ship the missing item or refund the money for that item. I understand that mistakes happen, but the fact that they are not responding and making it right speaks volumes about the company.

On your website you show no reviews. However on their website they say different.
Down at the bottom they show reviews that they say are through you.
I took a screenshot, I don’t show anywhere that I can upload it.
