We did a lot of research! We were looking for a bike that had dual suspension, safety features, could hold a prolonged charge and handle off road. The bonuses we found were the great customer care, a second seat for a passenger and a cool trunk. My son loves that it looks like a motorcycle and I love that I can keep the full speed locked for now.

BEYOND happy with my decision to purchase my Emma 3.0 last June! The bike is so well made and feels very safe while riding even with my girlfriend on the back. I was shocked at the power that it has for an ebike! So much fun to ride! And the style factor is an added bonus. I have received so many compliments from people about how cool it looks. Even a public transit bus driver pulled up next to me at a light and opened the door to ask me where I got it haha. AND THEN there is their customer service!! They are truly the best I have dealt with for any product. They are quick to respond, very friendly and find solutions. If you are considering buying an e-bike, Roll-Road is DEFINITELY the way to go! You won’t be disappointed!

Unbelievably great experience. Over 1000 Miles in less than a Month!! I just recently turned 62 and wanted to get back out on the bike trails and green spaces. I decided to get a nice moped style ebike as my health prohibits long bicycle rides. After over 30 hours of research I decided to try the Emma 3.0... There are so many ebikes on the market currently from many manufacturers, and it takes some vigilance to find the truly great ones.. Emma 3.0 is a truly great one. The specs initially sold me. The batteries utilized, the motor utilized, as well as all the other quality components. Also, being built so well for a 450 lb. load works especially good for me as I am only 165 lbs. After 1000 miles , I feel like this ebike is just getting broken in. No problems at all so far. I have taken it for rides in all types of terrain and riding styles. The power on takeoff is impressive. Even with the limited class 2 setting, the bike hits 20 mph in less than 3 seconds. It's designed for longevity, as the motor is designed to not be over stressed or overdriven. The controller current ramping provides great power while keeping the motor under little stress. This is ideal for a long term ebike... The 40AH total at 52V is more than enough for almost any daily travel. Ive been using throttle only and getting 75 to 80 miles before I'm at 30% battery left.. I could go on forever... I check my batteries after every ride and full charge ,and the voltage is still exactly 58.4V , same as it always was... 16 x 3.65V.. 4 banks of these are used in parallel to produce the 20Ah total, as each cell is 5Ah...., 4 banks of 16 in series combines to 20Ah. Checked my brake pads,, still as thick as my new replacement pads. For real..., I'll have my new pads for someday but it may be another 1000 miles..... Maybe I don't brake much 🤔 🤷 Lol... All in all the best moped style ebike for 2K. Probably better than most valued at 3K...

Bike is comfortable and very sturdy, really the perfect commuter bike.

Roll Road is the best ebike I have ever purchased. It is a solid, strong, and powerful bike with all of the features and accessories for a very smooth and enjoyable ride. It came packaged incredibly well and was easy to assemble. Service has been extremely responsive. I cant say enough good things about these guys which is not my norm.

This was the first time I ever bought a bike online. I was a little concerned to say the least. From the time I placed my order, to the day it arrived they were in contact. Now anytime I have a question they get back within minutes. You can't ask for anything more from customer service. The bike is better than I imagined. For me personally it's set up perfectly. This bike also performs as advertised. I've had it less than a month and I already have over 500 miles. I love it and will recommend one to anyone I know.

Love my bike! A huge upgrade from my Lectric 2.0 ebike especially with the dual suspension and stronger motor. Makes for a much more fun and smooth ride. Plus with the dual batteries I have much more freedom and less anxiety about a dying battery when I'm out on a longer ride. Highly recommend!

My husband and I love our Emma 3.0 e-bikes. We are in our 50s, and these bikes have given us a fun way to get out in the evenings. We ride the local trails and explore nearby neighborhoods. Our grandkids live nearby and we keep kids helmets in the trunk so we’re always prepared to have them hop on for a trip downtown to the the ice cream shop. These bikes are very high quality with long battery life. They are worth the investment!

We got the Emma 3.0 ebike. Putting it together was s little bit of a pain, but we got it done. It rides great! We got a bunch of accessories, like the cup holder, side mirrors, 2 person seat, bike lock, and the phone holder. We've got Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phones so they're kind of on the large side, but the phone holder works great! You can also adjust the sides if your phone is smaller. Overall I would highly recommend this bike. I sold my car and got this and haven't regretted it!

Before purchasing my first Emma 3.0 last August I did a lot of research on many brands of eBikes and other peoples experiences with them, and the RollRoad brand. I am a bit "old school" (Boomer) when it comes to chat and social media, and would normally rather talk to someone directly on the phone, but actually was pleasantly surprised when I began a chat with the nice folks at RollRoad. I had many questions for them about the Emma's performance and specs., and no matter what time of day that I contacted them, I had a detailed reply from an intelligent person on the other end in minutes. I now have several hundred miles on my Emma, and still love it. So much so, that I just purchased a second Emma 3.0 for my wife. Again, the customer service and communication with RollRoad was outstanding, prior to, during the purchase process, and then tracking shipping. My wife and I have now been out on several rides in the very mountainous area of Pennsylvania where we live and both bikes perform extremely well for us. Though, I have to say that I am a bit jealous of her new Emma 3.0 having a slightly upgraded controller and tweaks in it that gives her bike a bit better climbing power on the steep hills that we ride. RollRoad continues to innovate and improve upon their already solid and proven design. I can't wait to see what they come out with next. Dual motors maybe?

I bought the Emma 3.0 for my brother and he absolutely loves it.. he a heavy guy and said the bike takes him anywhere in the city.. I handled all the communication with the company and service was incredible fast within seconds or few min they respond immediately.. they took care of all my needs and questions.. I’ve never had this level of service before I will definitely be back for the Emma 4.0

Great experience with the purchase of the Emma 3.0. The communication was excellent throughout the entire purchase. The bike is amazing. My wife and I fit on it together perfectly. Sure makes bar hopping on the ocean front a blast. Thanks again!!

I've had my Emma 3.0 for a little over 6 months now, ridden 2500 miles and i couldn't be happier with this bike. Everything has held up very well and the batteries are still going strong just like they were on day one and i constantly ride 35 mph and run them both down to as low as 20 percent sometimes in a single trip. As long as you keep them charged up as soon as your done riding they retain their power. The suspension is phenomenal and works just as good with a passenger. Not only is the bike one of the best but the customer service is hands down THE BEST of any company I've ever worked with. They respond fast, are very informative and helpful, and when i had a broken part they sent me a new one . In all i give this bike 5 stars. The one and only thing i think could be better are the headlights, as they aren't very bright even with the high beams on. But that's an easy fix.

I’ve had the Emma 3.0 for over a month now and it's been so fun and practical for city life. It’s super comfy to ride and has become our go-to way to commute, run errands, or just explore new neighborhoods.

One of the best parts is that my fiancée often hops on the back with me. It’s surprisingly comfortable for two people, and we’ve taken it to restaurants, parks, and all over town, never having to worry about parking (Still waiting on someone to take a photo of us riding it together!)

The battery life is great, I’ve put nearly 150 miles on it so far and rarely worry about charging. The built-in lights are bright enough that I feel safe riding at night.

Customer service from Roll Road has been top-notch. They were super responsive when I had questions while ordering and helped me out a lot during the at-home assembly.

All in all this bike rules. It’s made city living a lot more fun and way more convenient. Can’t recommend it enough!

I really wanted an ebike with 100 miles of range and a passenger seat along with some style. I need some hill climbing power and long term reliability too. The Emma 3.0 delivers all of that along with style. This ebike has some impressive specs. High end specs. Super easy to put the first 100 miles on it. Assembly was easy did it myself. Customer service is excellent, along with plenty of guides on the Roll Road youtube channel. Truly a pleasure doing business with Roll Road.

It’s not easy finding an E-bike for someone as tall as me (I’m 6.5ft). This bike is so much fun, powerful enough to move me comfortably, and feels incredibly safe with the big tyres and proper brakes. I’d highly recommend!

This is an awesome bike. Very smooth and comfortable, even with 2 adults! Great costumer service as well! I definitely recommend getting one!
