Great expirience! i got an galaxy S23 Ultra for 560€ even tho it has scracthed body from up and down close to S pen and also the screen the phone still works and performance is literely a powerhouse even if the phone is almost 2 years old thanks to the snapdragon 8 gen 2!! thank you rolle i can't explain the words!!

Παρόλο που στην περιγραφή έγραφαν ότι το κινητό κινητό έχει πρόβλημα στην οθόνη (όχι σπάσιμο ή ράγισμα) με διαβεβαίωσαν γραπτώς και τηλεφωνικώς ότι η οθόνη δεν έχει σπάσει, στον έλεγχο που έγινε από τη Samsung βρέθηκε σπασμένη.

Λυπούμαστε που αντιμετώπισες πρόβλημα με την αγορά σου από το Rolle marketplace.
Η συσκευή που αγόρασες έχει όντως πρόβλημα στην οθόνη, όπως φαίνεται και στις φωτογραφίες αλλά και στο λεπτομερές report της Rolle. Παρόλα αυτά, εμφανισιακά, δεν υπάρχει κανένα ράγισμα, παρά μόνο κάποιες γρατζουνιές, κάτι που και πάλι είναι εμφανές από τις φωτογραφίες και αναφέρεται και στο report:

Όπως σου επικοινωνήσαμε από την πρώτη στιγμή, η Rolle δεν φέρει καμιά ευθύνη αν η Samsung θα κάνει δεκτή την επισκευή της συσκευής ως μέρος της εγγύησης της.
Αν μπορείς προώθησε μας στο email community-gr@rolle.io το report της Samsung και που ακριβώς εντοπίστηκε το ράγισμα, θα μας βοηθήσει να γίνουμε καλύτεροι αν έχουμε κάνει κάποιο λάθος και εσύ να παραλάβεις μια νέα συσκευή αντικατάστασης, καθώς είσαι ακόμα εντός των 30 ημερών που προσφέρει η Rolle ως εγγύση κατάστασης συσκευής.

Άψογοι με Α κεφαλαίο!
Πήρα την συσκευή στα χέρια μου και κυριολεκτικά ήταν σαν καινούργια, ένα τεράστιο εύγε σε αυτούς που κάνουν τον έλεγχο των συσκευών και σε όλη την στρατηγική που ακολουθεί το site και η ομάδα τους!!! Σκάναρα το κινητό διεξοδικά και δεν είδα το παραμικρό ψεγάδι και πάλι μπράβο!

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα !
Η εξυπηρέτηση από το τηλέφωνο, από το site και γενικά το πόσο αναλυτικά ήταν όλα, κάνει αυτή την εμπειρία απίθανη. Το τηλέφωνο που αγόρασα έφτασε πολυ γρήγορα στα χέρια μου και ήταν ακριβώς όπως στην περιγραφή. Θα προτείνω το site άφοβα στους γύρω μου!

Καλύτερο απ' ότι περίμενα.
Πρώτη μου αγορά και αν και Δεν εμπιστεύομαι εύκολα ωστόσο τόλμησα και προς έκπληξη μου πήγαν όλα απροσδόκητα καλά. Καταρχάς βρήκα καλή ευκαιρία, καλύτερη από οπουδήποτε. Μετά η ταχύτητα ανταπόκρισης και του πωλητή αλλά και της εταιρίας στην Αθήνα και η αποστολή. Το κινητό ήταν και καλύτερο στην πραγματικότητα απ' ότι έλεγε η περιγραφή και έδειχναν οι φωτογραφίες. Θα ξανά εμπιστευτώ σίγουρα.

A trustworthy platform!
The cell phone was immaculate as described by the seller. Battery 100%. No scratches. All functions in operating condition. The phone was delivered very fast in just one a half day from the time of order. Within this time the phone was picked up from the seller, had a technical check and shipped again to Thessaloniki.
Over all very pleased.
