Excellent product and excellent service
I bought an iPhone which was exactly how it was described and even better.
The Rolle team was very helpful and polite. Because I made some attempts to buy the product and then I interrupted the process, they called me immediately to provide help. I highly recommend this site and I think they offer very competitive prices and provide high value of services.

Καλησπέρα σας, πρόσφατα έκανα μια αγορά από το κατάστημα και σας διαβεβαιώ ότι δεν πρόκειται για απάτη. Πέρα από αυτό υπήρξε μια παρεξήγηση με το κινητό που αγόρασα και το λάθος ήταν κύριος δικό μου. Έτσι προχώρησα σε αντικατάσταση της συσκευής και όλα πήγαν άψογα. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και απαντούσε άμεσα σε οποιαδήποτε ώρα της ημέρας, απαντώντας σε όλες μου τις ερωτήσεις με ακρίβεια χωρίς να φαίνεται ότι βαριέται (οπως εχω παρατηρήσει σε αλλες εταιρίες). Μια συμβουλή που έχω να δώσω είναι ότι στην αγορά iphone όταν έχει αλλαχθεί η μπαταρία μη περιμένετε η υγεία μπαταρίας να είναι ακριβής, καθώς το ποσοστό αναφέρεται στην υγεία της νέας μπαταρίας που ίσως να μην είναι τόσο αποδοτική (το ποσοστό δηλαδη ειναι σωστο αλλα δεν ειναι αντίστοιχο μιας αυθεντικης μπαταριας). Επίσης να ξέρετε ότι ακόμα και σε άριστη κατάσταση το κινητό ενδέχεται να έχει ελάχιστα σημαδάκια.Προτείνω άφοβα την εταιρεία!

Πολύ καλή αγορά το κινητό που πήρα
Πολύ καλή αγορά το κινητό που πήρα. Ειναι σε πάρα πολύ κατάσταση (σαν καινούργιο) και όλα δουλεύουν μια χαρά μέχρι τα όσα έχω δει.
Έχει και 3 μήνες εγγύηση από την Rolle που ήρθε σε έντυπο.
Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι ενώ το κινητό "έχει απο την μάνα του" δικιά του εγγύηση ακόμα αρκετούς μήνες απ ότι πληροφορήθηκα, δεν ήρθε με κάποιο έντυπο για αυτήν την εγγύηση. Δεν ξέρω αν γίνεται και πως μέσω IMEI.

For iPhones, it’s a easy to check the remaining warranty from the manufacturer - just pop over to the device’s settings. For Android, jump over to the manufacturer's website. Each one has a Warranty Checker kind of website where you enter the IMEI. Samsung's got you covered with a 2-year warranty, so you're all good for many months ahead!

Decided to buy a smartphone from rolle since the price of a smartphone i liked was too good, i dont regret it! The phone is in perfect condition like brand new and the shipping was really fast! I will definitely use rolle again!
