Good stuff
They are really great, fast delivery keep prices competitive. And think about the sustainable/environmentally friendly things in terms of packaging. Could do a bit more on that but still great! If you have a problem really helpful and get back to quickly.

Hi, sorry you have not yet received your parcel. You had ordered a restricted item, which we are not allowed to send using Royal Mail. This will have been noted during the order process, and was explained to you this morning. We had refunded your shipping, and changed the delivery to DPD yesterday. Hope this helps.
