Es war alles tip top und ich habe mich gefreut aber jetzt habe ich mir was bestellt und die Lieferung kam nicht an. Ich habe nachgefragt bei GLS und die sagen es wurde vom zoll „beschlagnahmt“ bzw „ wird noch untersucht“. Habe gedacht es ist legal???😂😂 wieso gibt es diese Seite überhaupt???😂😂😂

I have bought the first time bundle pack, they had 100% money guaranteed back that’s what they promoted on their website but when I reached out to them called them sent emails no response back. They only responded back once when I called them they picked up the phone but no professional customer service. This was a girl that keeps saying that she didn’t understand English and said on our website we don’t have this product, which is kind of weird when I just bought the product and I have proof of everything this is the last time that I’m gonna buy from this company ever again this is a scam anybody that thinks Buying from Rollz should consider doing that

Appena ho effettuato l’acquisto mi è arrivata la mail di UPS, ho pensato :”wow che efficienza”. se non fosse che la spedizione sia stata presa in carico da UPS 5 giorni dopo, e abitando in una località remota (isola) mi toccherà aspettare un’altra settimana in più, in tutto 15 giorni, a me sembra pazzesco

Scammers. Problems with payment, and one order charged twice. Many previously went perfectly. Wrote 4 messages with evidence to the support mail, to which no one responds. Now I'm going to the second step, which is reporting to the Czech inspection. and it would be good if all of us who have found ourselves in the same situation did it.

Support is useless!
I did around 7 orders that worked fine.

however this last order i made on the 10th of april was returned to sender by GLs. I have writen to rollz every second day and not once they have replied!!! 100 euros lost

Habe vor kurzem Vapes bestellt, waren auch schon im Zielland, wurden aber laut Sendungsverfolgung ohne ersichtlichen Grund an den Empfänger retourniert.

Obwohl ich 3x den Support deswegen angeschrieben habe, kam bis jetzt keine Rückmeldung und ich bleib anscheinend auf dem Geld sitzen…

Complete disregard to repeated inquiries about receiving payment for order. This company has no steady modus - it can either be all over good service, or, just absolutely don’t care. Depending on day of the week.

My order wasn’t delivered because the smell was too strong for the UPS courier (I assume the parcel was packed incorrectly); as a result, it ended up with the police, where it was tested and found to contain a standard 20% THC, which is illegal in most of Europe. Be careful what you buy, because you will be held responsible for it, not the ‘company’.

had a problem with a faulty vape and asked the support to replace it, at first they answered very quick and asked if i tried other chargers and outlets to witch i answered i did and then their message said if i would want a replacement or a refund to message them, and i did and asked them to just replace the faulty one and i have been waiting 3days for an asnwer and just nothing

Ware bestellt und bezahlt. Sendung wurde ca. In der Hälfte der Strecke gestoppt und ging retour. Mehrere Mails an Rollz, aber keine Antwort

Hello, I placed order number 8889944 on March 12, 2026. I haven't received the order, and I've sent several messages but haven't received a response. I expect a reply, or I will be forced to file a complaint.

Ho gia ordinato su questo sito 1 volta ma la 2 volta mi ha eseguito una doppia transazione da una spesa di 240€ a 480€ per 4 penne, i prodotti sono buoni ma ho provato a contattarli 4 giorni fa ma nessuna risposta

Il prodotto è buono,rilassa e da quel senso di euforia che ci si aspetta. L' azienda ha buoni prodotti il problema sono le consegne in Italia perché spesso arrivano in ritardo causa numero civico non indicato ad Ups

As a long-time weed smoker, I honestly can’t tell what’s in those vapes. The high is okay, I guess, you get numb, but the aftermath is terrible. I used those vapes for a week and lost all will to live, with zero thoughts in my head. All the joy in my life disappeared, and all I could do was lie down. It felt like coming down from E or something.

Do not recommend THCA or whatever the hell is in those vapes. Stick to real weed. My friend smoked my vape and had eight panic attacks back to back. Not good stuff. Just threw €170 worth of stuff from Rollz in the bin.

Total scam. This "store" is very harmful to the cannabis movement and they are nothing more than little scammers. I paid €10 for fast delivery and it's been 4 days since my order is being prepared. Before buying I was having a lot of issues with the payment maybe I should've stopped there. I'm gonna file all complaints available and report them to the authorities.

Ho avuto un’esperienza abbastanza negativa con RollzEurope. I prezzi sono già piuttosto alti rispetto ad alternative simili (30€ di 3 gummy è follia) , ma purtroppo è difficile trovare spedizioni in Italia.

La consegna è arrivata in ritardo 4 volte su 4 per via della mancanza del numero civico durante l'emissione dell'etichetta per UPS (civico presente nelle info del mio profilo e nella ricevuta a me inviata dopo l'acquisto).

Inoltre, avevo portato un amico come cliente per quel famoso 10% di sconto, ma non mi è mai stato offerto nulla (mi è anche arrivata l'email dell'avvenuto acquisto da parte sua e mi sono confrontato personalmente con lui per la conferma). Per questo motivo ho contattato l’assistenza via email , senza mai ricevere risposta.
Allo stesso modo il mio amico li ha contattati perchè di 2 ricariche, una è arrivata rotta con il liquido sparso per il pacco ma con stesso esito, il nulla.

Se ordinate, non abbiate aspettative, l'effetto psicoattivo del prodotto c'è....ma tutto il resto è pessimo.

I placed order #88812818 on March 31st, and after almost two weeks, it is still marked as “in preparation” with no updates.

I have tried contacting customer service through multiple channels (WhatsApp, email, Instagram, etc.), but I haven’t received any response. I also received an email asking me to review the order, even though it hasn’t even been delivered.

If I don’t receive a clear update and confirmation of shipment soon, I will proceed with cancelling the order and requesting a refund through my payment provider.

I hope to hear back from customer service as soon as possible.
