I love my ring, it’s so perfect,

It has now been 3 months, and I have lost 400 DKK.

I ordered a necklace that was never delivered. The company refuses to issue a refund and blames an “incomplete address,” even though the item was never shipped and responses were extremely delayed.

Instead of refunding me, they asked me to remove my Trustpilot review.

3 months.
No product.
No refund.

Avoid this company.

Stunning jewellery and excellent service

I had to return a ring because I mistakenly ordered a small, and the return process was so easy. They sent out a size bigger so quickly and were so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you team😊

Great small business with beautiful products. I ordered and purchased an anklet last year which broke and reached out to the business. I cannot praise the efficiency and care in customer service any higher. They told me once the product was back in stock they would send a replacement and after some time of waiting they stuck by their promise and sent out a new anklet. Customer service to this level is exceptionally rare so I thank you Romeela for a lovely experience.

Hate that I even wasted time to order this . It looks nothing like the picture. Some big dookie costume ring I will never even wear outside
