Great online experience, no hassle investment and pay outs on spot.

I've been investing via Rontgen for 3+ years now. It was my first step in real estate crowdfunding.
They are a conservative platform with an emphasis on project viability as opposed to double-digit interest rates. This resonates well with me as I was mostly a bank deposit "investor" before the interest rates approached zero in the middle of 2010s.
Very smooth processes, good investor relations, and 95% of portfolio performs flawlessly. They seem to truly understand the market.
