I payed for dhl and it was shipped by auspost and he was out of stock and had to contact him as there was no communication to shipp a different device , however im giving three stars as he sent s better quality device than what i payed for so i guess that makes up for it ☺️

They wouldn't deliver to a second address.
I had a request for a screenshot of my licence.
As I stated, "When a 'modern' system can't manage a delivery to a second address, something is VERY, VERY wrong."

I cancelled my order and I will purchase elsewhere.

Found the staff very helpful. They are good at getting back via email or chat. They did not have the colour I wanted so they upgraded me to a larger phone but different colour . it was also easy to keep track of the delivery of my phone. The phone is working great so far . It is much better to deal with a local company where you can speak to a real person .

Ordered late before Xmas but owner rang me and was able to organise express delivery at no extra cost. Still didn’t get it before Xmas but more due to Australian post not able to ship it in time.

Absolutely splendid service and a great little shop to see the phones in person. Better experience than buying online if that's your preference. The fellow working there is very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.

The colour on the listing did not match the colour of the item

I purchased after seeing your short advert on Facebook, I connected with the customers honesty in the video discussing his experience with Roobotech, I found the model I was looking for and in the condition I was after, included a purchase of a cover and the whole purchase from that minute to receiving the phone was flawless, the phone is in perfect condition as listed, we were updated with proceedings as they developed ie mail out and expected delivery date. Very happy customer.
