I hired them to paint the exterior walls of my house, but the job was not done properly. The work was sloppy as the downspouts, gutters and windows were not protected. I had to repaint the gutters and downspouts and clean the windows myself. I would not recommend this contractor. The promised ‘warranty’ was never sent, further proof of how disreputable this company is. I have also recently been informed by two former employees that most of the 5 star reviews here are fake reviews written by the company themselves, so buyer beware.

Just recently had our roof cleaned and sealed, first class job from the 2 lads, one of the lads was called Dave, cant remember the other lads name anyway they were determined to get the roof sealed the 2nd day as there was frost on roof, waited till the frost was off the roof, also the clean up was professional, would recommend this company, first class

This company made the onerous task of having my roof cleaned and sealed avery easy process from start to finish. From the young chap who made the first cold call, the gentleman who came and did the quote through to the team who did the actual job, I found them all genuine, friendly and efficient. Each staff member was keen to ensure that I was fully aware of what was to happen and made sure that I understood.
The whole job of cleaning, what is a large roof, applying growth prevention coating and then applying two coats of a protective compound was completed in two days with a minimum of disruption and the whole area left in a clean and tidy condition.
I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Would definitely recommend this company from the surveyor to the guys that did the work everything was done to a high standard can't believe the difference they made to the roof had good comments from neighbours aswell 👍

Excellent service from start to finish. The office staff were professional and kept us advised about start date and process. The on site team were first class. Our roof was very mossy and took a while to clean. The finished job is wonderful. The clean up was great and included our neighbours patio and car port. Thanks to all at The Roof and Wall Doctor

From the initial appointment for a quotation to the fantastic transformation of our house, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Roof & Wall Doctor.

The quality of work and professionalism was second to none, the work of having both the roof and walls done was completed to a really high standard. Good communication from both the office and the onsite teams throughout the work keeping us up to date on the progress.

Initially made an appointment with The Roof & Wall Doctor for a price for our roof, wasn’t expecting much having had prices from other companies previously. However, after receiving the price it was obvious to us that we wouldn’t get it cheaper anywhere else especially with all the repairs that were needed. Could not be happier with the work completely transforming our roof!

Appalling service. Didn't complete the agreed work. Had to contact many times to get a refund and even when that was agreed I had to keep contacting them to get it. Very unprofessional individuals!

Now the job itself, absolutely terrific, cant big up Tam and Ian enough, great guys, approachable , friendly and always telling what they are going to be doing. They are very tidy and take great pride in their work
Our house looks great now the roof and walls have been done. My only advice to roof and wall doctor , is hang onto these guys as they are worth their weight in gold, but I'm sure you already know that
