Ease of setup. Straightforward and flexible with my change of plans. Storage size was perfect, equipment to get things back and forth into storage was great.

The staff (I've forgotten his name) made everything simple and quick. Not a lengthy process but nice and easy. He showed us around and explained everything really well.

The lift at this location is a goods lift designed specifically for safely moving furniture and larger items, which can make it operate a little differently to a standard passenger lift. We do understand it can feel slower at busy times and appreciate your patience while using the facility.

Friendly staff explained the process in detail and made it easy for us to use the storage unit for the first time. Easy to cancel at the end of use as well. Unit was clean, easy to get to and use.

Professional and caring staff. The units were easily accessible and clean. Payments were easy with reminders provided early. There was lots of space for parking when filling or emptying the unit.
