Very good quality kava product. The sachets feels a little under dosed. Need to be on a completely empty stomach for at least 4+ hours in my experience to feel any of the effects, otherwise the sachet is just wasted. I think 10g sachets would be the sweet spot as 8g seems to be a little shy of it even on a completely empty stomach.
If you want an introduction to Kava and the different strengths and how you feel drinking them, this is a perfect way to try. Before you commit to a bigger bag.
I didn’t seem to feel much affect at all? Had better results from the instant kava you can buy at Cole’s. Could be just a personal thing, this is just an honest review.
This kava is amazing!
