Wasn’t able to use created a skin issue for me. I have tried numerous times to reach them through email phone on their website and no one has responded to me. They keep sending me the packages and charging me. It’s a scam. It’s a really irritating scam. Do not buy it.
Resposta da Rootlabs
Hi, we're a skincare company operating in India. You have reviewed the wrong company. We're rootlabs.co.in
There was no improvement with the gummies for sleep. In fact they did just the opposite two nights in a row.
When I contacted them to get a refund and to cancel the subscription twice, I never got back a result. And now they sent out another package that they want me to pay for.
This is a bogus customer disservice..

I wrote a review for another company also called Root Labs that sells magnesium gummies intended for sleep, and it does not apply to this cosmetic company.

Hi, you've reviewed www.rootlabs.co.in. We're a skincare brand only selling in India
DO NOT BUY!!! SCAM! Rootlabs liposomal magnesium + ashwagandha gummies gave me food poisoning and had me up at 3am vomitting and cramping for 24 hours! When I reached out to the company to honor the “risk free 30 nights or refund” guarantee advertised all over their website, I got 15 ai generated emails going around and around and then they ghosted me without providing any refund. What a scam! Never again! WARNING!!!
I ordered from ROOTLABS and wanted to cancel the re occurring subscription. I have been in conversation via text/ email asking for instructions as to how to cancel. I have asked on several occasions to cancel and I keep getting texts/emails to go to the original order confirmation email to cancel… did that and still unable to cancel… BUYER BEWARE…. Do NOT ORDER GROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Once you order, they make it impossible to order!!! IF ANYONE OUT THERE KNOWS HOW TI CANCEL PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!
