Been using their dedi for over 6 months, really HQ service!

I'm a customer since almost 1 year and I never had problems with them, their services are very stable and the prices are fair. When I couldn't access my VPS because I messed up some settings on Windows I received support immediately and after around 1 hour everything was working again. Thank you.

Worst service, my friend paid for me and they claimed i was using a 'hacked card' because the paypal account was not verified.

Excellent quality and staff support. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have high quality RDP.

I ordered already 4 servers with on rootlayer and always got the fastest reply & support via skype! I only tell them what I need and I get the perfect server for my needs!!!

Have been using RootLayer for over a year now and the service has just gone better and better, the support is amazing and extremely fast and the price/performance ratio is the best part. Highly recommended to everyone out there.

I'll be completely honest, at the beginning there were times that the server disconnected from the internet which was problematic for me, because i was streaming to youtube with the server.

BUT
That was about 5 months ago and it hasn't happened since, also there is always amazingly fast support. I'm giving this service 5 stars, because the rented servers run without problems and because there hasn't been a time that i could not be helped by the support team.

Amazing i've been using them for years!!!

i have tried alot of rdp service but none has satisfied me like rootlayer.net service. i used their shared hosted rdp and it was great. i will definitely go for their dedicated server. if you wanna buy their service please do u won't regret it.
