Save yourself a lot of time and grief. Don't have anything to do with this company. They will do anything they can to get your money. I accidentally placed two orders but they wouldn't cancel the second one even though I notified them within minutes. Then I was signed up for a subscription! The product didn't do anything for me. I question what's even in them. The product, Morringa, was recalled due to SALMONELLA, and yet they made me return the bottles AT MY EXPENSE. After arguing back and forth, they agreed to pay me for the return's expense, but they never did. Avoid them at all costs!

I criticized them earlier for not refunding my money back. I take it back, they refunded me. I am very grateful.

I was having issues and they made it right with me. I dont know how good the product is because I haven't taken any. I will say this. If you order and it says buy 3 get 3 free at 11.99. Thats not how it works. They take 11.99 off the actual price of each of the 6. Mine come to 71.95. Not the 35.97 I thought it would be. So make sure you pay attention

This company received my order Mar 6/26. I still haven't received the product a month later. Their tracking numbers don't go anywhere. The next thing the did after promising to resend. 2wks later nothing. Then the billed me for a another shipment I never subscribed for. Why would I need another order a month later when I haven't received the first order and they dont answer their phone. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you can't trust them to get deliveries right why trust the product there peddling I give them a 0 except they don't have a star for that

This company is a scam. They auto-ordered and ran my card for an additional order after 2 months without my consent or subscription. When bringing this up to customer service, they gave me info about how i could return the item (only one time) but i would have to pay for the label since they do not provide it. They sent me a supposed link to cancel my alleged subscription but the link showed i had zero orders (how did they auto-send my order then?) and it literally will not allow me to remove my card from the payment options to the point that i am having to cancel the card. Sean at customer service has ignored my concerns even when i tell him what they are doing is borderline illegal. AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

I purchased 6 bottles of product on special. Without mentioning personal details, we found that unfortunately, we were unable to use it due to health conditions. The Rosabella team cheerfully helped me navigate the return. The shining star was Emilyn♥ She was efficient, friendly and so attentive that I felt like a personal friend. Thank you Emilyn. This company will not let u return anything and scams to put you on automatic payment. I would warn everyone to find another company to order from very unhappy dealing with these people

Wrote an earlier review but it didn't post. They are sending me a new order even though I have email verification that my subscription (which was bogus to begin with) was fully canceled. Getting tired of emailing them as it has been more than2 days since I started. Stay as far away from this as you can.
They are not a reputable company and have really angered me.

I was on their site trying to figure out the price, was pretty sure I wanted to order, entered my cc info, they said the transaction wasn't complete yet, because they were trying to upsell me, so I tried to see the final price, was unable to see it and left site prior to confirming transaction. A few days later I received an email saying what I was charged for & it was on its way. Unbelievable! I never confirmed the almost $90 purchase, yet, I received it anyway. Thankfully I went to their site to give a bad review but instead I saw they were shipping me more in 2 months. I was able to cancel the 'subscription' that I NEVER agreed to & didn't want. Truly a scam site!

Pretty much the same as everyone else on here. Tried to cancel a repeat order and got ignored. Had to cancel card. Then they email me to say my batch is contaminated with salmonella and have a nice day. should most defo be investigated and CEO in prison.

Ordered Moringa from them in December 2025 but when I tried them they reduced my blood pressure to dangerously low levels. My doctor advised me not to take them. I resigned myself to taking the loss.
Then in February another order arrived. They signed me up for a subscription!!
I have emailed them for two weeks asking how I can return them but they ignore me. I will start a charge back with my credit card company.

I placed an order for buy 3 get 3 free plus expedited shipping and they charged me for 6 bottles @ $11.98. O thought I was paying ,$11.98 ea.,for 3 bottles and getting 3 free. Total charge was $81.90. They never give you the price of the first three bottles. I immediately contacted them and they did nothing. They told me I could adjust my order through their service widget, But it isn't working. I had to call my bank and ask them to dispute the charge. Can't recommend this company Their pricing is deceptive. They said I can return the merchandise and request a refund, But other reviewers said they had a very difficult time getting a refund from these people.

This company is totally dishonest. I was going to order the buy 1 get 1 free offer. After many pop up ads wanting me to add to my order. I decided to back out. However I did not take my credit card info out before backing out. I did not place the order. They sent me an email saying " Did you forget to finish your order?" By the time I clicked out of that email, they sent me another one saying "thank you for your order of 4 bottles." I tried many avenues to contact them with no response. I had to cancel my credit card to get out of this fraudulent scam. Do not get involved with this company.

They stole out of my account,it will be the last time I blocked them.

The products are decent but customer service is terrible. Poor communication, they don’t honor their money back with making you jump through hoops. They have had a major recall and it has been nothing but a headache trying to get anything back when the products aren’t usable. Won’t be using them ever again.

FRAUDSTERS..Cheated Disabled Seniors funds..NOT DELIVERED, filed Police, Federal Trade Commission, Bank complaint's. RECALL WARNING sickness! Why doesn't law shut Rosabella down?

I am an elderly woman, on a fixed income. The last couple doctor’s visits my blood pressure has been elevated. So I researched a few supplements - no prescription medications.

I came across Rosabella Beetroot, and I wanted to TRY IT, as the website says tryrosabella.com, NOT subscribefortherestofyourliferosabella.com.

So I waited for my Social Security money to be deposited. Found where I saved “tryrosabella.com”. I clicked on Buy 2, Get 2, for $14.73/each, plus free shipping, for a total of $29.43 (minus taxes if there were any).

I NEVER submitted or completed my order, because next thing I knew it was saying each bottle was $26.00. No, Just No, I could NOT afford that.

So I left the site and started exploring what Walmart had available in-store for a BEETROOT Supplement.

So imagine my surprise this morning when I wake up and there is an email from TRY(not subscribe to)Rosabella.com
for $58.95. WTAF!!!

As I said I never confirmed and/or submitted my order, because it would not let me, I could NOT get back or return to my original order (see above)

I wanted to TRY Rosabella, NOT SUBCRIBE TO ANYTHING!!!!

So for the past hour I have been reaching out to TRYrosabella.com, sending emails and messages.

Guess what their policy is “once order is placed (though it has not even left their facility) WHO PLACED THE ORDER??? Not me! “Once this order is placed, no cancellation”. So now, even though the items have not shipped, I will have to go through the hassle of returning ROSABELLA’S Product.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRYROSABELLA,
THEY HAVE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! THEY ARE PREYING UPON THE “FACT” OR “WISHING AND HOPING” THE INTERESTED PARTIES ARE TO BUSY WITH THEIR LIVES THAT THEY WILL NOT NOTICED THE FLIM FLAM THIS COMPANY IS TRYING TO PULL.

Please people do NOT let ROSABELLA treat you like a moron or take advantage of you.
