The roses were arrived on time (early in fact) and looked just as great in person as in the picture. My girlfriend absolutely loved them. She's still enjoying them now, almost two weeks later.

Ordered a Bellini Blossom for my fiancé on Valentines Day. Roses came in smashed and many of them had the blooms snapped off. The card was very cheap and was also bent. Now I am struggling with their customer service to get reimbursed. Buyer Beware

I ordered roses based on a picture. They were very large roses. What I ended up getting were not different than what I could get for substantially less money at a grocery store. I complained and got a very disappointing response. I have never written a negative review online before for any company. Will never use them again.
They just responded to my review and blamed me. The order has the picture. I was manipulated.

I ordered their Peony Vintage bouquet,based on their former online description that has changed since my purchase. What was sent were "Peony like" roses. The order shipped 2 days early and was held by UPS overnight. When I emailed them asking about the integrity of the flowers lasting, it took until email #2 that my concern was acknowledged. Their 1st response was more like your order shipped early, you should be happy. Pics were sent by the receiver and CLEARLY these are roses. I was told I ordered what I got. Peonies are not roses. My negative review on their website magically dissappeared or wasn't posted.

I spent over $200 for 50 long stem roses. I only received a box of 25 for valentine's day. I've been back and fourth with this so called company through emails for the past week. They keep wanting pictures of a product that I DON'T HAVE. I gave them my phone number because they don't do phone communication. Finally they offered me 35% back on the missing 25 (not including shipping) and 20% off my next order ( there will no next order). The 25 that I did receive started dying 2 days later. 😤

Flowers arrived in great condition, price was decent a-little pricey if not for the promo code. However, it was advised/ described as ‘local’ delivery. This is not the case at all, once the shipping information was updated it was coming all the way from Ecuador South America. Not a sustainable choice for some flowers if you ask me. The flowers did not last long at all either before wilting about a week and half and the bunch was yucky. Thats with water change every other day as described. If the flowers would have came from a more local, sustainable small farm, that helps our economy it would have got 5 star.

If I could give this company as well as their customer service 0 stars, I would. Purchased 2 Dozen roses for my mother and girlfriend on February 6th, 2026 and paid an extra $20 per bouquet ($40 total) for “Special Saturday Delivery” so that I would surprise the lovely ladies of my life on Valentine’s Day with some pretty flowers. The flowers arrived 2 days late (February 16, 2026) and were in a lousy, decrepit state upon opening the box. Emailed them requesting a refund and steps to ship roses back, as I no longer needed the flowers because they had missed the window of opportunity that I chose AND PAID FOR to have them delivered, as well as the fact that they looked so lousy. One of their awful customer service associates (P. E), told me they’d only be refunding me the shipping cost. I mentioned to her I had also purchased the $4.80 BloomGuard Insurance for damage, lost, and theft protection hoping that they’d honor the fact that the flowers were damaged upon arrival, due to the fact that they most likely sat in a humid shipping center/warehouse in a cardboard box for over 48 hours. She (P. E) blatantly ignored my complaints and requests for a full refund plus steps to return the roses, and instead responded with an email containing steps to take care of the flowers. I told her I had no plans to resuscitate the lifeless roses and to please provide me with steps to return them. She (P. E) gave no response. Followed up with another email requesting a refund. She (P. E) gave no response. I’m so over it. Thought this was going to be a solid purchase but to be honest you’re definitely better off shopping with your local florist. Do not support Rosaholics. You could find better weeds in a sewage drain. Shoot, maybe you’ll find my $171.25 there too while you’re at it. -10/10 experience. Highly do not recommend.

Flowers came moldy and dying wilted and brown edges on all the petals stems dried out. I contacted customer service and its been over 4 days and no reply. I sent photos and everything. They scam you with adding on a theft and damage protection plan for an extra $3. But ship out dying flowers and there isn't anyone to contact besides the email. The phone number to call tells you they are not accepting calls currently and tell you to email them and leave a message but never get a reply.

Ordered 24 long roses. Extra shipping. And luxury wrapping. While the wrapping was beautiful the flowers were not. They were not red or blooming when they arrived. They were already wilting and turning burgundy by the time they were delivered to me. Very disappointing.

The worst company to order flowers. Ordered 9 days before Valentines
Order was supposed to be delivered February 13. February 16 delivered and flowers looked like some Trash. Wife missed a day of work waiting for delivery. Ask for refund never heard anything other than be patient. No phone number only email. Don't be fooled, crappy company

I am disgusted with the quality of the flowers i ordered. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for valentine’s day and they arrived 3 days late! Not only did they arrive late but when my girlfriend received them the majority of the flowers were dead and the rest were almost dead and wilted as well. Some of the flowers FELL APART when she was putting them in the vase. I emailed them and all i got back was an automated Email i sent 3 Emails and they did not respond to me. I called and couldn’t get ahold of them because they “are not receiving calls at the moment” this site is a scam i payed a lot of money and even payed extra for the bloom protection package i am severely upset and this type of service is unacceptable. I am disgusted with the quality of what i received and WILL NOT be ordering from here again i hope no one else has to deal with the same problems I had i would NOT recommend rosaholics to anybody.

First order was $288.00 for 24 long stem roses and 24 pink short stem.
They had auto filled with a friend of mine address 5hrs away. I immediately reached out to Ashley with customer service. She responded quickly but said she can’t help until flowers are in the US. Once tracking showed in the US I reached out again she said she can’t change the address reach out to UPS. UPS could not change the address it needed to come from the shipper. Reach back out to rosaholics they said they submitted an address change but can take 3-5 business days.
My buddy gets them they are the most depressing looking flowers I’ve ever seen. My friend felt bad pays me 400 for them so I can try to reorder and expedite shipping so I spend another 200 buy two different types of flower from them and again the most depressing looking flowers I’ve ever seen. Every flower is wilted and falling over within 72hrs of delivery. I live in TX or grocery store here is called HEB and the flowers at HEB for $10-20 absolutely shit on these flowers I paid 10x for.
I will never waste my time with this site again. Im pissed that we gave them $488.00 of our money. I have also posted a bad review on their site yet it never posted. It’s odd that Reddit bashes on them yet somehow they have zero 1&2 star reviews something smells fishy.

I would rate Rosaholics a ZERO if it were an option. Order #175581. Ashley Zambrano Was my CSR. Order for The 2 dozen “deep purple” roses. I placed this order on 2/7 with a delivery date set for 2/13. This order is my first and was to be for my wife on our first Valentines Day as a married couple. My order total was $88.36 which was after a promo discount, shipping cost of $10, taxes, and $2.70 “BloomGuard insurance”. I received a FedEx tracking number shortly after the purchase which was confirmed to be 2/13 at my wife’s workplace. As the day went on I was getting concerned that she hadn’t mentioned the flowers and it was nearly noon at this point. I went to FedEx to track my order and to my horror the order not only had not been made and shipped, but a label was the only thing created and FedEx didn’t even have possession of the flowers. In fact, to add insult to injury I even received an order from Rosaholics on Thursday the 12th stating my shipment was on the way, which was a complete lie. I contacted Rosaholics via email immediately asking for the status of my order as I had no way of even calling anyone to talk to customer service. The flowers were obviously never delivered, and it wasn’t until 6:33pm that I received an email stating “Due to recent logistical-related complications affecting transit routes, a limited number of shipments, including yours, may experience a delay beyond the originally scheduled delivery date”. I responded to this email with my offer of resolution of a complete refund of all money paid considering my order was never even made. Today, the 14th AT 8:48PM I finally received an email from Ashley again giving me 3 options.
1) We can arrange for a new shipment of the same order on the next available date Feb 24th, (if the response is received by today) or further dates.
2) 100% store-wide credit for another bouquet desired(exclusions apply to: Long, Extra Long, Build Your Own Bouquet, and Subscription products).
3) A partial refund (50%) and 50% store credit.
If you notice there is no additional option for a full refund for my purchase. An order placed, paid for, then not only not shipped, but not even made. Why exactly would I want an order specifically placed for Valentines Day, 10 days later, a 100% store credit WITH exclusions included, OR even better, a 50% refund and 50% store credit of which I know good and well would not cost Rosaholics the same monetary value that I paid for that 50% of the purchase. Not offering a customer an option for services not rendered especially after such an inconvenience that wasn’t even discovered until late into the evening the night before the flowers were suppose to arrive? I truly pray this is not how business is conducted at Rosaholics and I pray that other paying customers are not treated this way either. If you use Rosaholics beware this same scenario could be yours as well. As of now I am waiting for a response from my returned email stating I want an Option #4 which is a 100% refund for a purchase that was never even made.
Luckily for me, I have the most beautiful soul of a wife who understands it was out of my control and appreciates my effort to have flowers delivered to her at her work as a nurse. Rosaholics….. Do better
