If there was an option for minus on this I’d have chosen that. I’ve had similar experiences to others. I bought an item which was unlike the picture and very poor quality. I returned the item at a huge expense which has now been returned to me as it wasn’t collected upon return. I’m unable to access the website and have no idea how to progress this.

I asked for a refund and was given a returns address in China (,item was sent from uk). I sent it and ut was returned back to me from China. Now trying to get a refund and their 'system, ' has been down for 3 weeks!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Trading Standards are investigating

This company are a set of scammers. In OCTOBER 2024 I ordered and paid for 3 jumpers. I never received them. I contacted them daily and they mostly didn’t reply. When they did it was always asking g another question which made me mail back with the answer. Then a few days later they’d mail back. I never received the jumpers nor my refund. I’ve been in hospital so they probably think I’ve given up but they’re wrong I’m going to contact them daily until I get a refund. Judging what I’ve just read I think I’m glad I received nothing, but I’m not one to let a scammer win. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS !!

Garment sizing came up small and quality was not great tried to send back and they would not give me a return label so I ask for an exchange and they replied

In the end I got fed up with all the emails and to a 30% dis aunt for a garment that I will never wear

Dreadful. I disputed transaction with bank as products were ‘significantly not as described’. I refused to return at my cost for the same reason. My bank walked me through the process and the necessary emails to send. I’d advise others to do the same. I received my money back. The bank will recover their costs from the company.

Like many of the other reviews, I placed an order in October 2024. Items were delayed and received late November. I tried to cancel the order when I realised this was not a UK based company as described. Items received were disgraceful quality. Returned items within timeframe as confirmed. Company reluctant to agree to a refund and kept pestering me with discounts. I exchanged about 40 emails in total. Sent items back at an additional cost of £40. .... NEVER ORDER from them. Just completely fraudulent, no regard for their customers whatsoever ever. what they have done is theft!...Still waiting for £150 refund plus postage. Been pursuing the company weekly to enquire about refund to be informed their system is broken and cannot issues refunds. This is the worst company I have ever ordered from.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! As other unfortunate buyers has explained, the items are nothing like the received item, returned to China at the cost of £25 tracked back to the supplier and have been emailing ever since for a refund they have been fobbing me off with having technical issues absolute joke!!

I cannot express my disgust for this company. Nothing but a scam. Emailed on numerous occasions, beginning October 2024, and was ongoing until last week (February 2025).
I paid £25 to return my items, to which I was told was ‘lost in shipment’. I will never see a refund.

Items arrived looking nothing like what was advertised. Had to send back to China at a cost of £25. I did this in November 2024. Items are still sitting in customs, February 2025. Tracking changes from China and can no longer track.

Do not under any circumstances order from this company. I didn't realise it was a company from China if I'd known I would not have ordered. My items arrived poor quality and didn't fit. I asked to return for a refund. They offered me 30% discount. I didn't accept as goods were no good to me. So I returned at my own expense £26. They then said they did not receive my items. Unfortunately I didn't send registered or tracked. I sent as cheap as could. They offered me 30% again which was not even the amount I paid to post it back. I had to accept it as I'd get nothing. So I'd of been better throwing the items in the bin.

As others have warned do not go near this 'company'. It is a complete fraud. They duplicate images from other legitimate companies and pass them off as discount products.

The tops I ordered bore no resemblance to the image or description. Really inferior quality materials (100% acrylic) and a poor design that did not match the advertised jumper.

I should have realised it was too good to be true! I doubt the products were ever sold at the 'original' price.

I contacted the seller to ask for a refund but after a month of emails sadly gave up. They do everything they can to put you off. Dreadful company. Not based in London at all. Products come from China.

Definitely a case of 'buyer beware' and I've certainly learned a lesson.

Absolute scammers. Same issues as many others. Offered 15% then 30% from generic emails for absolute rubbish goods. Finally sent me an address to return it. That was beginning of November. It’s stuck in customs and the last email stated it is being returned to sender! I hope not! Fuming doesn’t come close. Please don’t buy from them - they are dreadful.

Absolutely appalling company, they simply will not refund. Responses are vague and always stalling for time. Quality of goods was extremely poor. AVOID at all costs. I returned goods on 22nd November 2024, still waiting for a refund. They really do not care.

If there was a zero star rating I would put it! I can only reiterate what others have said about this company. It would take me far too long to explain the issues I have experienced, suffice to say they do not recognise the UK Consumer Rights Law of 2015, they reply to emails with generic responses which do not address the pertinent issues and will not give refunds when faulty goods are sold. I could go on but will simply say avoid at all costs!

I can only reiterate what other people have said on the reviews absolutely diabolical company they promised me I could return item but that was clearly not true. Certainly would never use them again and I would advise nobody else does.
