Már sokszor rendeltem a cégtől.Mindig nagyon gyorsak voltak. Csak tőlűk rendelek Porsche alkatrészt. Ajánlom mindenkinek.

I have ordered a complete set of parts from Rosepation for my 992 turbo S rebuild.
When starting engine assembly it turned out that the head bolts don't have any markings on the caps and the washer seals were low quality and not straight. Compared to the original bolts they were different color and weight.
The crankshaft seal was damaged and missing the fitting ring. Compared to OEM one that is black and comes with a blue plastic fitting ring the one supplied was brown and low quality without the fitting ring.

Contacting rosepation I have got no support and they claimed that they supply non OEM parts on their discretion.

So definitely not the place to buy anything related with engine builds or if you require quality components.

Les pièces reçues rapidement sont de qualité et se montent bien.
Par contre, le site manque vraiment d'info sur les pièces ! On ne connait pas l'origine des pièces, il n'y a aucune info technique, ni dimensions, etc... Y'a juste un titre, une photo, un prix !

As stated here, they are selling non-original parts as original ones. On top of that, the parts are defective and even dimensionally different.

They try to talk their way out of it by claiming it is original because the supplier allegedly supplies Porsche — that kind of nonsense.

They will not refund the money; they will only provide store credit for a future purchase.

Avoid them! The non-original parts that they claim by email to be original can be bought elsewhere for much less money.

L'équipe a été parfaite et a conclu avec moi une réponse amiable face a la remontée sur un produit qui comportait un défaut de résistance en dehors de la garantie initiale

Great site to deal with. The only thing I would say is that their part numbers that are on the invoice/order do not match up with the Porsche part number that you put in, so if you don't have a picture showing, you have to just hope its right:)

5 stars though, if you're reading this, definitely use them. Oh, I meant to also say. Really sharp freight prices too!!

I ordered a pair of driving gloves from Rose Passion and they arrived well packaged and all. But one of the gloves had a missing part that made the glove unwearable. I contacted Customer service and they sent ,e a new one right a way, although I could have sent it back, they said keep it for environmental reasons and that they will send me a new one and the new one arrived. Happy costumer and I will be returning

Rose passion est revenu sur son erreur et a accepté de modifier sa première décision, mais dans le bon sens pour le client, même si un peu tardivement, il y a eu un effort certain des vendeurs, mais il faut qu il y ait plus de travail en amont pour éviter ces inconvénients. Awfull. Shop elsewhere. I emailed them repeatedly to ensure the product would fit my car. Despite their assurances it didnt fit. They then debated this. Were rude and condescending. Then followed a very tedious returns process during which I had to fight for a refund. I never did get a full refund.

Ich habe 2x Schablone zum lackieren des Porsche Schriftzug bestellt, keinerlei Beschreibung vorhanden, optisch sieht es nach einer gestanzten Form aus, bekommen hab ich 2 Sticker für 34 Euro, reine abzocke.

Monogramme arrière acheté, mauvaise taille malgré le fait d’avoir bien renseigné le modèle exact ainsi que l’année de production. Le configurateur du site n’est apparemment pas à jour puisque soit disant, dans le descriptif du produit, ce dernier était compatible avec mon modele..... Du coup j'ai racheté l'original chez Porsche quasiment pout le même prix mais cette fois ci à la bonne taille. Vous pouvez apporter la réponse que vous voulez mais il s'avère que vos pièces ne correspondent pas aux pièces originales et que le SAV est de plus déplorable.... en résumé vous vendez des pièces qui ne sont pas conformes à des prix quasi identiques aux pièces constructeur....
